Cozy Efficiency Studio/A near DownTown

Newly remodeled efficiency studio apartment. It’s on 2nd floor accessible only by stairs. It has a private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette (built-in electric cooktop/stove, mini fridge). The property is fenced and gated. We offer free parking on property.

It’s in one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city. Most of the houses were built in the the early 1900s or even in the late 1800s. The neighborhood is in the process of being revamped where houses are being restored.

We live in the main house (separate building) on the property. We work from home. You’ll see us doing house chores and yard work. We respect your privacy.

The studio is less than 2 miles to downtown: the Alamo, Tower of the Americas, Henry B. Gonzalez convention center, the river walk mall, and Alamodome. It takes 5-6 minute drive or 30 minute walking. There are also bus stops nearby.

It’s walking distance to a couple of local breweries: Freetail, Blue Star) and Roosevelt Park: a public park with facilities such as public swimming pool (open only in summer), basketball courts, barbecue pits. We’re also a few blocks from the Hike and Bike-river walk-trail connecting all the historic Spanish missions including the Alamo

We’re downtown living. Expect some noise from traffic, train, early morning joggers, and neighborhood dogs. We provide EARPLUGS and SLEEP MASKS for our light sleeper guests.
