Cozy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in a quiet neighborhood! Fully developed area of town, just than a couple miles away from restaurants and drinking establishments. Relax in our 7 person hot tub in the evenings!
This was a great place to stay. Easy to work from, well set up for family or group to spend time together. Quiet neighborhood and everything was easy to access and operate.
Honestly overall a great place to stay. The only problem was that there is no AC and we were not told that ahead of time. We stayed at this place in July when it was in the 90-100 temperatures. There was also no fans provided for the bedrooms. There was one ceiling fan and when we got it going, dust bunnies flew everywhere.
We have stayed at several VRBO houses and this one did not disappoint. Communication throughout the entire transaction and stay was easy with prompt responses. The entire property is extremely clean and well kept. Towels were plenty for registered guests. Decor and bedding was in excellent shape. We playedJenga on the oversized kitchen table and made memories during our daughter's college move in. Hot tub was clean and hot and everything worked! Clear expectation list was posted on fridge with directions for hot tub use and where to get the extra towels. We're saving this property to check availability when we want to visit again. Great place to call home away from home.
We had a good experience with our 3 night stay. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. We are new to the VRBO process and she was very helpful! Location was very convenient and close to the airport. When we searched the pin via VRBO, it had the location on the other side of the interstate in the middle of the field. Google/Apple maps was correct in finding the exact location. The kitchen was well stocked, good options to watch on the TV, and the overall feel of the house was chic yet comfy. Just watch your toes on the kitchen floor, all of us managed to stub our toes on the uneven tile a few times. 4 stars for cleanliness because there were some stains on mattress, couch, throw pillows, and dirty rings around the toilet bowl. A few suggestions: more towels. There was only one towel per person but if we used the hot tub we wouldâve been reusing our shower towels. The fridge must have a leaky water line or something as water occasional accumulated on the kitchen floor to the left side of the fridge. The air conditioning was horrible. It never got down to the temp we set it at. We ended up opening the windows which was fine. Only complaint with the open windows is the next door neighbor was very loud at all hours of the night. The check out presses was easy and straightforward. We understand this is a new property so just trying to help work out the kinks!
Overall- a nice stay. Owners were friendly & responsive throughout & check-in was easy with keypad lock on the front door. Hot tub was clean.
The good: The house is updated throughout: modern kitchen appliances, new bathrooms & flooring. Location is convenient to the airport, Rt. 90 and restaurants & stores in Belgrade are close by. Downtown Bozeman and MSU are a 20 minute drive. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and eating. Lots of pots & pans and eating utensils.
The not-so-good: 2 of the 3 âqueenâ beds in the listing were the smallest queen beds ever- almost like they were doubles/fulls. In order to sleep 7, you will have very close quarters in at least 2 beds and someone will sleep on the sofa (not a pullout sofa bed). Mouse traps under the beds were gross.
The house has no A/C. We thought the A/C was broken but turns out there isnât one- just a thermostat with an A/C setting and a blower. My fault for not noticing it in the listing beforehand, but after we figured it out it was hard to keep the inside temperature below 80 deg. for most of our week-long August stay. The window screens don't keep the bugs out and the only fan in the house is a small ceiling fan in the family room.
The owners charge a cleaning fee but expected us to launder the towels and strip the beds before we left. The fridge leaks water onto the kitchen floor. We did not have access to the garage. Finally- the coffee maker is a tiny 6-cupper. Be prepared to brew multiple pots!
