This unique property on Edisto Beach offers the rare benefit of having no neighbors to the left, right, or behind the house at this time. To the left, you'll find one of Edisto Beach's serene ponds, enhancing the peaceful atmosphere.

Perfect house in Edisto

We absolutely loved our stay at Heart and Sol! It was even better than the pictures. New construction with high end comfortable furniture. Privacy and nature with lagoon and forest on three sides. Screened and unscreened porches and a very spacious common area. Cant wait to come back!

Two weeks of bliss

Heart and Sol provided an ideal space for our family to gather. Beautiful kitchen for meal prep, big table for playing games. Enough room to gather together and beautiful bedrooms and baths for some privacy. A short walk to the beach and a quick walk, bike ride, or drive to other activities. We’ll be back!

Beautiful House!

Our stay at “Heart and Sol” was unforgettable, made all the more special by the stunning home that welcomed us with open arms. The perfect blend of coastal elegance and comfort! The kitchen was a dream- bright, spacious, and fully equipped with all the things you will need. We have stayed at many beach houses and had to go buy a measuring cup or pans because the rental ones were scratched and peeling. We had our family that included college kids and married young adults and they are still talking about “ the beautiful decorated house.” Can’t wait to return!

Super High End Home. So perfectly designed and decorated. Comfortable beds and furniture. Easy 1 block walk to the beach. Cute back yard with chairs and fire pit. Kitchen was amazing, equipped with ample pots, pans and cooking utensils. Keurig and Drip coffee makers. This place gets our highest recommendation.

We loved it!

Please check gas stove- flame was high and someone came w meter and said it should not be used- Making sure this gets passed along to next family There were a couple other things we reported by phone but that message didn’t get to them so we emailed. All were unfixed when we left today.

New Build Rental

We enjoyed our week at Heart and Sol. This is a brand new build and rental (June 2023), and it is very nice and reliable only with all of the amenities you would expect from a new build. Great location. Beautiful surroundings. Wonderful lot and hard with plenty of yard and beach “toys.” I give a four star because of the little things that haven’t been worked out in a new rental: gas grill did not work (regulator hose to the gas tank leaked), extra refrigerator was broken and spent three days dealing with company picking up old one and delivering new one, and dryer venting not hooked up well and took two to three cycles to finally get clothes dry. Once these kinks are worked out - this will be a wonderful 5 star rental.

Of all the homes we have had the pleasure of experiencing, Heart & Sol—with its beautiful, intentional design—is among the best. Some of our favorite moments in Heart & Sol included quiet mornings on the front porch, rocking to the sounds of various birds as the neighborhood woke up, and enjoying summer evening storms on the back porch as lightning illuminated the thoughtful landscaping and beauty of the palms and live oaks. We love how the property celebrates and embraces, and is embraced by, nature. The kitchen? Chef’s kiss. Thanks for giving us the space, design, and luxury to remember the joy of cooking—and singing, dancing, and being creative—with one another. This will likely be the last Edisto trip for our senior pup, who was sure to wake us every morning for a sunrise walk, and who felt more at home here than anywhere else we’ve traveled. And come to think of it, that applies to us, too. Never have we felt so comfortable, so peaceful, and so at home at Edisto.
