Bienvenue dans "The Haley Bug"!

Cette exceptionnelle maison de cinq chambres et trois salles de bain est prête pour vos vacances et parfaitement située pour vous donner de l'intimité tout en étant proche de la plage. Sortez juste de votre porte, marchez 435 pieds et vous êtes au bord de l'océan.

Amenez toute votre famille parce que le "Haley Bug" peut accueillir 12 personnes dans des lits et avec trois salles de bain complètes, vous ne serez pas les uns sur les autres non plus.

La spacieuse suite principale est située au niveau principal et comprend un lit king-size, un coin salon, une télévision à écran plat et une entrée privée sur le porche de l'écran. C'est l'occasion idéale de profiter d'une tasse de café privée tout en écoutant les vagues de l'océan avant que tout le monde dans la maison ne se réveille.

En plus de la suite principale "The Haley Bug" a deux autres chambres au niveau principal, qui ont toutes deux des lits queen et une qui a également une entrée privée au porche de l'écran.

Le bel escalier ouvert vous mène à un balcon donnant sur le niveau inférieur et au large du balcon se trouvent deux chambres supplémentaires et une salle de bain complète. Ces deux chambres peuvent accueillir six personnes avec un lit queen, un jumeau et un lit gigogne dans une chambre et un lit queen dans l'autre chambre.

Préparez ces petits déjeuners familiaux que vous n'avez jamais le temps de préparer à la maison dans la grande cuisine entièrement équipée avec de beaux comptoirs en granit. Dînez ensemble à l'intérieur de la charmante salle à manger ou profitez d'un dîner en plein air sur la belle grande terrasse qui jouxte la cuisine.

Après le petit déjeuner, allez jouer sur la plage avec vos enfants et petits-enfants et à votre retour, défiez-les à un ping-pong ou à un championnat de trous de maïs; ou les deux puisque nous avons les deux! Ensuite, prenez une douche dans l'une des deux salles de douche chaudes et froides extérieures fermées!

Game Day? Nous vous avons couvert avec un téléviseur 50 "et de nombreux sièges (si vous pouvez rester assis!) pour regarder tout cela ensemble.

Cuisiner? Il y a un Weber Charcoal Grill au rez-de-chaussée ainsi qu'une salle avec moustiquaire avec une table de ping-pong et une table avec quatre chaises.

Dans la soirée, détendez-vous avec votre famille sur le grand porche tout en balançant votre stress sur le porche filtré. Faites ensuite une promenade de minuit sur la plage avec la personne qui vous tient le plus à cœur. Allez vous coucher détendu et sans stress. Faites-le à nouveau demain et tous les jours de vos vacances et vous rentrerez chez vous avec une personne complètement différente.

Love this house

As the previous owner of this house, we looked forward to seeing if any changes were made and to our delight some improvements had occurred. The new siding, addition of a second fridge and the addition of a renter storage area down stairs were great additions. As always, the grandchildren enjoyed the basket ball and ping pong that is available. The house remains one of the best deals at Edisto Beach with its close location to the beach, one block, the screened porch and deck on the back of the house and the ample supply of dishes, pots and pans. I was very pleased to see that the new owners continue to keep the property in top notch shape and also added the improvements. I am sure they will enjoy the house along with all the renters for many years to come. When possible, my family will always consider this house when we visit Edisto Beach.

Wonderful stay for spring break

My teenager, friends, & I had a wonderful stay at Salt Therapy. Beautiful home, only a block from the beach, and close to everything on the island. Plenty of room, lots of extras including board games, basketball, ping pong, & beach accessories. Would definitely rebook this house again!

Salt Therapy

Lovely home and furnishings with a well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, etc.). We loved biking and walking from the house and the fenced yard was a real plus for our two dogs.

Lovely week at the beach!

Three generations of my family thoroughly enjoyed our week at the beach. Salt Therapy was spotless and well furnished. The kitchen had every pan, pot, and dish imaginable. There was even a waffle maker and three coffee makers (which comes in handy when people enjoy different kinds of coffee). The fenced back yard was perfect. A special treat was having two outdoor showers that were roomy and well designed. The kids made good use of the ping pong table and corn hole. Thank you for giving us a great vacation.

Home away from home

This home is the perfect vacation home for people who love nature and want to bring their dogs with them. Sitting on the back deck, we saw deer, blue birds and beautiful wildlife. Our dogs loved playing in the fence. The house is divided in a way that gives families their space and privacy. While it doesn’t have an ocean view, it is a mere half block to the beach and the beauty of the area surrounding the house is great.

Super location, perfect house for large family with beachie decor, 2nd floor cool temps steady & well-equipped kitchen.

My family loved the "Salt Therapy" house location - close to beach with only a block plus across the street walk and an easy ride to grocery, local seafood market and restuarants. Our questions ahead of our arrival were answered readily by our assigned Edisto Beach Vacation Realty agent. This allowed us to "know the ropes" as we had not rented a house at Edisto prior to this year. The house was clean and well equipped with big pots for cooking shrimp and crabs as well as serving meals for a big family. However, there is little space in the cabinets for the food and supplies you bring. We found an empty hall closet right off the eating area. Instead of using it for linen, we put our extra paper products, dry goods and snacks in it. Worked fine. We really enjoyed the downstairs screened-in area with the ping-pong table and place to play other games under the cover of the house. We did experience a problem that needs to be remedied. The fuse box for the downstairs outlets, which we needed to charge our rented golfcart as well as have lights downstairs, was not accessible when - we think due to the thunderstorm the night before - it needed to be reset. The current owners keep that enclosed downstairs room locked. The upstairs, screened-in porch that runs across the entire front of the house was well used and delightful. We did note that the three ceiling fans have the type of blades that do not churn much air. They look good, but don't push the air down due to little slant. So, renters might want to take a fan for the porch. We had taken a medium-size one to have just in case and that ended up being the needed place for it! The fenced-in backyard area was a plus. Our one ole, sweet dog was quite happy there, finding cool places to relax. The first floor beds in this house are all firm and comfy. The ones upstairs are a bit soft but OK. We were very happy that the second floor bedrooms stayed cool so the air conditioning works well. Our "crew" of three generations would definitely opt to stay at this house again as we shared a fun week of family time, making many memories that will last forever!

Wonderful Family Vacation Getaway

Plenty of space for the whole family, well equipped, short walk to the beach, nice screened porch. Get up early and you may spot a new sea turtle nest on the beach like we did! But don't bother it!

Great Vacation Spot

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Salt Therapy. The check in was easy and when I had a question, there was a very prompt response with assistance. The house was spotless and everything was in excellent condition. The location is wonderful and I would not hesitate to return for my next beach vacation.

It was wonderful and very relaxing.

The house was in a great location just a short distance. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. It was very roomy and had enough room for a large family. We will consider this house when we come during the summer when I need room for a lot of people. I loved the fenced in back yard and there were many games for the family to play.

Great Family Rental

Salt Therapy is a great house for adults and family. We had six adults and six kids under age nine. It’s an easy walk to the beach, plenty of outdoor space, and a fenced in backyard to keep those little ones from wandering off. If we come back to Edisto, we would stay here again!

Thanksgiving getaway

Enjoyed stay at salt therapy. Plenty of room for kids and grandkids. Short walk to beach. Fenced yard for our two dogs. Five nice size bedrooms. Nice screened front porch. Los of rocking chairs to enjoy on porch. Overall nice experience.

Family Week at the Beach

First time in five years that we were able to get together. My wife and I have triplet boys. Two are married and one has a girl friend.. One has a five month old son. The house was very comfortable and was easy to get to. We are already planning for next year.

Another Pleasant Stay at Haley Bug

This was our second time staying at Our Haley Bug and again we had an enjoyable stay. The house is the perfect size for our crew and the fenced in area is perfect for the dogs. The short walking distance to the beach suited us and allowed us to go for walks late in the evening when the crowds weren't as bad. We really enjoy the location and the house and will certainly be looking to rent this house again next year for our vacation.

The Haley Bug will not disappoint.

This property is located at the corner of Myrtle and Mitchell Street which makes it so convenient to the beach. Lots of parking and places to play cornhole in the evenings. We loved the screened in porch.

We had an amazing time during our stay at Haley Bug and would love to return some day!

Our stay at Haley Bug in Edisto Beach during the month of March was truly an amazing snowbird getaway. We were able to bring our dog Ellie and my husband and I totally enjoyed our daily walks on the beach with her. This home is a very short walk to the beach. The Haley Bug is very spacious and tastefully decorated with an awesome beachy feel. I especially enjoyed the back porch to read and get some much needed sunshine during the day and the huge front screened in porch during the evening to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves and watch the deer that visited nightly. I love the fact that Edisto Beach is not commercialized and the restaurants and gift shops are locally owned and all close by. We also checked out Botany Bay which is definitely a great experience and a must see. The WiFi and television reception was great. I’m really going to hate to leave this little piece of heaven on earth. I highly recommend Haley Bug for anyone looking for the ultimate vacation. Donna T

The Haley Bug @ Edisto Beach

The Haley Bug is tastefully appointed and relatively comfortable, but a little long in the tooth as far as appliances and cookware go. If you plan to eat out all the time there would be no problem. We were there for almost a month and found the stove almost dysfunctional. The cookware such as frying pans frankly need to be replaced. A little bit of refreshing in that area would help this place a lot! The neighborhood is great and close to the beach and the fenced in yard was great for our dog.

Felt at home upon entering fully screened front porch into welcoming open floor plan & lovely art decor & lighting. A bit less cookware would've been good, to leave some room for grocery items storage Back porch, fenced yand & ping pong table downstairs all contributory to fun time.. Loved upstairs roomy artsy bathroom

This is a lovely home close to the beach. At night we opened the door slightly and could hear the ocean. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and it was roomy enough for two cooks.

My family and I go to the beach four times each year, and we only get to stay in Haley Bug once. It’s by far the best place. We love the home. We love the short walks to the beach. The Amazing Haley Bug!

The owners have really seen to almost every want as well as need! The layout of the house was perfect as well as the fun of the game room that was indeed a bonus! The fence allowed my dogs to enjoy their stay in the backyard as well as on the beach! Truly a wonderful week!
