MiMi's By The Sea is a modern, gorgeously decorated second-row, two-story home, the perfect place for family and friends to enjoy a holiday together. Relax in the tastefully decorated living room and gaze out of three huge sliding glass doors that span the length of the house as you watch the shrimp boats and pelicans drift across the Atlantic. Kids and families alike will love the quick, direct access to the beach. The new private pool is a vacation dream come true. Cooking is a joy in the huge, fully equipped kitchen with counter space everywhere! The kitchen has all the extras you need to prepare everything from a full-course dinner to a delightful lunch for two. Enjoy the breeze on the main deck beautifully decorated in Southern-style wicker. Entertain the whole gang or relax and take a nap in the lounge chair. Step out your bedroom door and rise above it all on the huge second-story sunshine deck, complete with rocking chairs. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy an ocean sunrise or settle in with a glass of wine as you gaze at the stars. Your perfect Edisto vacation starts with MiMi's By The Sea.

The house is amazing great layout plenty of space great location in ground pool was a family hit would recommend bathtub handrails be installed for safety purposes in all bathrooms but truly an excellent choice for our family vacation and can’t wait to go back

Mimi’s by the sea- happy as can be

We enjoyed our stay here. We had a great ocean view and the house is located conveniently to restaurants and shops- we could walk. We will hopefully return!

Great location and gathering place!

Although there was only 4 of us this home would be the perfect place for a larger group. The main level has a large open kitchen, dining, and great room that wouldn't feel crowded. Also, located just steps from the beach the location can't be beat.

We have loved this house for multiple years. The ice maker was a great addition this year. The repair of the outside shower was also a welcome improvement. We used it everyday. This house is in the perfect location. Beach access is easy. The pool is great. So relaxing after a long day at the beach. The house had lots of room for our family.

Edisto Reunion

We had a small group of friends visiting Edisto for a Reunion Weekend. The house exceeded expectations. The host was fantastic and on top of it. We will be coming back!

MiMi’s by the Sea

We had a wonderful vacation at MiMi’s by the Sea. It was our second year here. My family loves the house. They have everything you need. The location is perfect. A quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoon after a day at the beach. We love this house and hope to return next year. Great memories made here.

Birthday Weekend

Was perfect for all the kids. Great location to the beach and the pool was a big hit after the beach day. We had a fabulous time. Two 6 month olds and three 5 year olds and two 2 year olds and one nine year old couldn’t have gotten any better. All the adults had a great time too. The house could be updated a little but didn’t have to worry about messing anything up. Deck and porch where fabulous.

Perfection- Take me back!

MiMis was great! The location was wonderful. Edisto Beach is dreamy as always. It fit all 16 of us just fine and we never felt crowded. The only thing that would have made it better is a better management company. Vacasa was a nightmare to work with if you had any questions leading up the stay but the frustration was more than worth it because the house and area was absolute perfection!

Family vacation at Edisto island

Great family and dog friendly beach house. Porches had great views and plenty of seating for hanging out. The public access to the beach was literally steps away so getting to the beach was very easy. The pool was wonderful after being on the beach. We used it multiple times each day. Plenty of space in the common areas for our family. Well stocked kitchen. Area under the house had plenty of space to store beach chairs and wagons. Kids enjoyed playing ping pong. My family loved this property and would stay here again. Edisto is a great family beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great for our three families. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Unfortunately the dishwasher did not clean the dishes at all, so we had to hand wash. There were also some broken cabinets and closers, but that did not affect our stay. It was perfect for large groups with kids!

Upon arriving the bad odor inside was horrible. Had to use air freshener and air out. Found tat droppings in pantry( the did offer to come spray) to top it off after hauling our cooler etc upstairs I see they have a life and that was not offered. No way to treat a disabled veteran or anyone of age

Nice location but needs updating

This is a great location, right across the street from the beach, and we loved the pool and that they are pet friendly however, the house needs a deep cleaning and a good clean out of stuff. It was clean but needs deep cleaning like ceiling fans, window sills, blinds, lamp shades, baseboards, etc. Also, too many personal items taking up needed cabinet and closet space and gave a cluttered feel. Vanities, drapes, nightstands, kitchen cabinets need updating. Did appreciate the hooks on the bathroom doors!
