Le complexe Kaha Lani est un paradis tropical surplombant l'océan Pacifique. Traversez la pelouse et savourez votre café du matin sur la plage directement en face de Kaha Lani en attendant que le soleil se lève sur le "Garden Isle". Promenez-vous sur des kilomètres le long du chemin pavé de l'océan ou nagez et faites de la plongée avec tuba dans l'océan entouré et protégé par des roches de lave. . . . ou tout simplement profiter de la vue sur l'océan depuis la véranda. Restaurants, terrains de golf, activités nautiques et magasins sont tous à proximité. Belle propriété paysagée avec piscine, aires de barbecue, WiFi gratuit et parking gratuit.

Ce condo au deuxième étage (dernier étage d'un immeuble de 2 étages) a non seulement une belle véranda donnant sur l'océan, mais possède également un spacieux porche couvert à l'arrière avec vue sur la montagne qui comprend le «Géant endormi».

Nouveau tapis de mur à mur et nouveau plancher dans tout le condo. Rénovation terminée en juin 2019.

Lit king size dans la chambre. Chaises et table sur véranda pour une détente sur l'océan.

Ventilateurs de plafond dans la salle à manger, le salon et la chambre. Buanderie sur la propriété avec beaucoup de stationnement gratuit et deux aires de barbecue. Le barbecue au bord de la piscine vous permet de profiter de la piscine pendant le barbecue.

Une belle pelouse spacieuse, des palmiers se balançant des fleurs tropicales et des torches tikki contribuent tous au cadre privé charmant de Kaha Lani ------- un complexe calme et magnifiquement paysagé à proximité mais caché de toutes les activités.

Beautiful ocean front resort

The room was clean and had a great breeze from the ocean at all times. Great views and easy to get to the beach and tidal pool to swim as well.

Wonderful Kauai stay @ Kaha Lani

Our 7 day vacation was wonderful and seamless both arriving and departing. The only issues were the evening indoor heat and daily wet paint in the exterior entrance areas. The ocean view and sounds were amazing. Kate (owner) always made herself available to us.

Amazing location and property

One of the best locations on Kauai- on an amazing and uncrowded beach, close to Kapaa, Wailua, and Lihue, only 1 hr to almost any point on the island. Great property and host!

Great Condo, Great Location

We enjoyed staying here very much. The grounds were spotless and beautiful, along with the pool. The view from the lanai was nice. Kitchen was well-appointed. I will stay here again.

Comfortable condo in well maintained complex

Lots of parking, quiet, ocean view, beach in front, close walk to snorkel pond. The condo was clean, lots of fans, kitchen well stocked with pans/utensils, closet full of beach supplies (we left some also), nice lanai with beautiful view, shower with tub, lovely paint design of beach and water in bathroom, good internet and tv set up, basket of books for reading. We were very pleased and are considering it for future rentals when we return to Kauai. The owner was very responsive to questions and process was super easy to reserve and rent. A++

Beautiful spot

We had a great stay! Easy beach access or stay on the lanai if you want to enjoy the sunrise from a lounge chair. Everything we needed was here, all we had to do was buy food. Kate was very clear on directions to the place and check in/check out. The condo is clean and cute; perfect beach house! We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our first time on Kaua’i!

Location, location, location

Absolutely great location…midway between Princeville and Poipu. Close to great local food in Kapaa and Lihue…unit was good, but could use some updating.

Beautiful ocean view and comfortable lanai to take it all in. Halfway between the sights on the north and south side of Kauai. Delightful swimming beach within a short stroll. Owner thoughtfully provides beach chairs, cooler etc

Another great stay!

It’s a perfect location. In fact we stayed here last year as well. Beautiful view of the ocean. Great to sit out on the lanai watching and listening to the birds. Just a short 5 minute walk down the path to Lyndgate Beach park. Nice sanding beach with a breakwater to keep it calm and great for snorkeling.

Annual return to Kauai

Enjoyed our stay at Kaha Lani very much. Kate is an excellent host with quick responses to any questions or concerns. She makes the VRBO process completely relaxing and uncomplicated. Condo is in a great location and has coolers, float boards, and comfy chairs for enjoying the beautiful beaches. We hope to stay again on future trips.

Wonderful

We had such a great time here (our 2nd time). We loved the location, the beach, the pool with bbq area, the walking path to the park, and the condo. The place was clean, well stocked kitchen, views from the deck were beautiful, and the on'-sight laundry mat were convenient. They also have on-sight security. Definitely a place to stay. We will be back!!

Ocean front property

Nice clean condo , a little warm due to lack of air conditioning. But ok with fans and open windows. Close to lyngate Park and golf course. We have stayed in this complex before and enjoy the location.

Great location

Loved the location. The condo was perfect. The grounds were impeccable and within walking distance of a park. We did encounter a lot of people camping along the road in the area, but the condo provided a security guard and it was not a problem. The park to the left of the condos was very clean. The one to the right was not. It was a very pleasant stay I would love to stay there again. .

Hot, hot, hot!

Everything was just as shown in the description and pictures. Lovely lanai with ocean view. I feel that there were two things that if done would make this condo 5+ stars. 1) the bedding is in dire need of upgrading. And 2) there is no A/C. There were several fans that at least moved the air around. But it stayed hot in the condo all night—even with the windows and lanai doors open.

Beautiful, quiet, convenient.

Location is perfect. Quiet surrounding that's very convenient to attractions and amenities. View of the ocean amazing from deck. Grounds are well maintained. Felt security was top notch as all rules for complex were observed. Also noticed area was well equipped with security cameras and signs indicating their presence. Coming back to the resort after the sometimes hectic excursions to the touristy sites was a pleasure and relief.

Everything we wanted it to be!

We enjoyed everything about our stay here (well, except the roosters but that’s a Hawaii problem). From start to finish it was easy. Communication with Kate was great, the view was fabulous, the complex was well maintained. The beach in front was quiet almost all the time, and you could walk as far as you can see. Easy access to the east and south shores and all the great stuff to see and do. The unit was clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully stocked with the things you need. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us, Kate!

Very relaxing, peaceful and nicely located.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean, nicely supplied, everything worked well and the bed was super comfortable. The location offered a quiet environment and it was conveniently located midpoint for exploring the island. It is a 1970's built condo that has been refreshed, not fully remodeled and has a nice ocean view. It was quite comfortable for 2 people and ideal for a long term stay. The location was between two Safeway's, so whichever direction you would travel, a stop for groceries was convenient. It was ideal for taking walks along and on the beach both directions. We would stay there again!

Nice Stay

Communication with the host was fantastic. The apartment had everything we needed and some extras. We appreciated all of the beach supplies. The apartment was clean when we arrived with clean sheets and towels ready for us. The apartment did feel a little dated and could use some deep cleaning a little more frequently (edges of floors, under the bed, exhaust fan in bathroom). The location was excellent. A nice quiet area with great access to Lydgate Park and everything it has to offer.

Upon arrival

Some of windows we were unable to close because the handles were bent or broken. Kitchen stove had food spillage in plates under electric burners and underneath the stove and the previously mentioned plates had burned on food or liquid stuff and rust spots. Took 1 hour to clear the stove before using. Had a great view and location.

Garden isle style

The kaha lani condo unit 215 was perfect for us. We found it exactly as expected. Warm trade winds through the unit. Positioned in the middle of all Kauai for day trips. Steps from the beach, family friend park with man made protected swim/snorkel area, 1/2 mile to golf course, shop in Kappa à. To note; there is no air conditioning, the kalalua hicking is now a state park where you will need a day pass.

Great location with an amazing view

Location and view were what made this property. The actual rental was dirty. It was in need of a good scrubbing. It is also dated and could use new furniture, a paint job and updating the decor. Communication with the owner was good - she was quick with her responses and answered all our questions. She also offered us a refund when we complained about the lack of cleanliness, however we didn’t have anywhere else to go. We stayed and made the best of it.

'The Garden Isle' has beautiful stretches of white sand beaches, lovely tropical greenery and delicious tropical fruit. Kauai is the most pristine of the four major Hawaiian Islands. It is one of the most beautiful areas on this earth.
Our condo is on the second floor of a two-story building.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

From December through February the female whales come from Alaska to birth their babies in our warm waters. Rare endangered monk seals sunbath on beaches throughout the island. Colorful tropical birds and flowers abound. The quiet beach in front of Kaha Lani goes on for miles with hardly another person to be seen. Mornings or evenings we enjoy walking along the paved ocean path that goes on for 15 miles.
We enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Kauai at Kaha Lani Complex while still being in the center of activities, stores and restaurants. A lovely spot indeed.
