Welcome to Sunsets at the Penthouse

Experience elevated coastal living at Sunsets at the Penthouse, a privately owned, newly renovated penthouse condo featuring beautiful Gulf of Mexico views, Destin’s evening skyline, breathtaking sunsets, and seasonal fireworks.

This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features modern décor with vibrant yet relaxing beach and sunset-inspired touches. Thoughtfully appointed with inviting amenities, it offers a comfortable and relaxing retreat for families or couples enjoying a Destin getaway.

Sleeping Arrangements
• Primary Bedroom: King bed, private ensuite bathroom with deep soaking garden tub and shower combo, and direct balcony access
• Guest Bedroom: Single-over-single bunk bed with private ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower
• Living Area: Queen sofa sleeper, Smart HDTV with cable, and free Wi-Fi

The condo was great! With views of the beach, pool, and the lake to the north. We the host was very responsive whenever we meesaged them and fixed even the littlest of things near immediately! It is obvious that they take pride in their condo and customer service. My family kept raving how much they liked staying there.

Wonderful week in Destin

This place is a gem! Everything about this property was great from location, pools, comfy beds, and a well equiped kitchen. Communications and expectations were clear and we would not hesitate to return to this property. We particularly enjoyed the sunset views from the balcony and the being so close to everything. Spring Break

Had a great time & we loved the pool!! The only thing I would say that could have been improved was we go there late & went to the security desk. I went back to the truck to get my wallet & he was gone and didnt return for 20 minutes. He said he had to speak with law enforcement which is understandable. Our room had an old blood stain in one of the towels and under the bed badly needs cleaning. Other than that people were nice and the facility was clean.

While we understand the need for them to respond to law enforcement when necessary, we completely agree that better communication or backup support would have made things smoother for you, especially after a long day of travel. As for the towel with the stain and the area under the bed — please accept our sincerest apologies. That’s absolutely not up to our 5-star standards, and we’ve addressed this directly with our housekeeping team. I truly wish we had known during your stay, as we would have been more than happy to send someone to reclean the space immediately. Your feedback means a great deal to us and absolutely does not go overlooked. It helps us make the necessary improvements so we can continue offering the best possible experience for our guests. Beautiful condo. Very clean. We loved the convenience of having a kitchen to cook in and a washer/dryer to wash our swim wear and towels. The balcony offered a gorgeous view of the ocean and city. The couch was very comfy and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and extra pillows were provided. We will definitely stay here again!
