The home is just as pictured. Very clean great view and close to all the attractions such as Ceab Island, Henderson Beach, Harbor Village, the Water Park ,Trac so much more. We had an issue contacted Joe and someone was there resolving the issue. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Luxury away from home

Enjoyed our stay and the condo was better than the pictures. Beds were oh so comfy, nice views with so much to do at the resort and in Destin. Just may be seeing us again!

Our family of 5 had an excellent vacation. The host communicated every step of the way. The check-in process was super easy. The view from the condo was amazing. It was very clean and inviting. Plenty of linens and blankets as well. The property was clean and easy to navigate. Parking wasn’t too bad. The pool and hot tub were also very clean. Staff was friendly. The location of the resort was a plus. Not too far from good restaurants or kid activities. Thank you for a memorable vacation and I highly recommend this property.

Perfect home away from home

Our stay in Destin was amazing. The unit had everything we needed and more. Super clean, beds were comfortable and in a great location! 10 minute walk to the prettiest beach ever!

Looooved our stay!

This property is awesome the location is great and we loved that there was a shuttle to the beach! All the beds were comfy and the balcony was great, it’s huge! The host is wonderful and communicating and fixed a bed frame that we noticed was a little broken within an hour of us telling them! Destin is so beautiful and we really enjoyed this stay! Can’t forget the resort style pool! That was great!

Amazing Week

Condo had everything we needed. It was beautiful throughout. Great location with the beach right across the street. Our family of 6 had more than enough space there and we hope to stay there again in the future!

Perfect condo at The Palms

We've stayed at The Palms before but this visit was by far the best due to the size and quality of this condo. Plenty of space for our family of 5 to stretch out. Great amenities. Beautiful condo. Highly recommend.

THE PLACE!

This was a great stay!! Home away from home feeling! Had everything we needed! Owners were quick to help guide us when we got there with questions & make sure we were okay! Hands down if we come back we will make this our spot if open! Really good spot and the resort was clean, polite staff in every aspect! A+ -The Cook Family

Wonderful Home

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this property absolutely delivered on meeting our needs and expectations. Condo itself was well put together and very cozy. Location was great, property amenities were wonderful and we enjoyed utilizing the bell hop and valet services. Food at the Palms Bistro had good food and drinks so it made it easy to never leave the property.

The location was wonderful. The condo was BEAUTIFUL. Most importantly, the constant communication between myself and the host was the best in my experience with VRBO. Please don’t book this condo….we need it available for us! ❤️

Wonderful Family Florida Vacation

This was my Family's first time to vacation in Florida and rent a Condo. This property was amazing in so many ways and would highly recommend it for a Family vacation! The condo itself was spacious, comfortable beds, clean, and amazing beautiful views from balcony! The owners were very kind, resourceful, and responded in timely manner from time of booking, to check-in, during stay, and check-out. The place is close to many different amenities, beach, and activities. The coffee house, restaurant, and bar were great and staff was very kind and friendly. We stayed in December so pools were not open, but the hot tub was relaxing and great way to warmup. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing fun vacation time in Destin! If we go back to Destin for a vacation, I will look at going back to this property!

The Large Lagoon pool is not heated, we took this time to do maintenance as no one is swimming in the non heated pool during this time. The heated pool and hot tub are open. Nice complex, but unit not worth the price

The cost was too much for the property. The room was dirty upon arrival, obviously not fully cleaned from the prior guests. The dresser was sticky, bathroom was dirty with a dirty/hard towel still in the shower. Master bedroom curtain was broken. Stove knob broken. Towel rack in bathroom broken and kept falling off the wall. Sand still on the floor from prior guests. Zero blankets in the room. Sink stopper broken in master. Dirty food residue and trash under the couch and in the cushions. There wasn’t soap in the bathrooms. There was not enough dishes or cookware. Master bed was hard as a rock! The view was nice from the balcony though one of the recliners that were advertised was broken on the porch. Porch table is very wobbly and unsteady, with the rug underneath constantly bunching up.

We take great pride in our beautiful home. We do not care for our property as you describe and we would never let our guests enter into our home as you have stated. More concerning, is why did you not call me to let me know of these issues. We provide pre-check in information-14 days prior to our guest arrival to help our guests prepare for their vacation. What to pack and bring and what they can expect from our home; toiletries, personal hygiene necessities, laundry soap, coolers, beach towels etc. Access Codes and Check in instructions are sent 24-48 hours prior to arrival. It does state to please contact us within 24 hour of your arrival to report any issues/concerns you may have with our contact information. We also communicate throughout your reservation via your booking travelers account. Not once did you contact me during your 7 night stay in our home with any of the stated issues in your review. We would have been there immediately, our inspector would have contacted us immediately prior to your arrival into our home, if it was in the condition for which you speak. Check out instructions listed in the rental agreement on your travelers account (received upon booking), we also have them posted in our home. The fact that you did not follow any of our check out instructions and left overflowing garbage not only in the kitchen but throughout our home, the kitchen sink full of dirty dishes and dirty dishwasher, food particles all over the stove and counters, dirty towels thrown everywhere, powder and sand all over our floors. I don't like to leave negative reviews to any guests. We understand circumstances happen; maybe you had an emergency and didn't have time to follow the check out procedures. I don't know because you never responded to the photos I sent you asking what happened. If not an emergency, then you had a great vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our home (hence the review). Hopefully you and your family/friends made great memories. Upon your departure clean, the cleaners nor the inspector found any of the items you state were broken, our kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities and comforts of home (no matter how many sets of dishes you have, at some point they have to be washed~or you will run out). Our guests' comfort, enjoyment and family memories mean the world to us, that's why we share our home. Our listing pictures are actual. In future rentals, be kind, considerate & respectful. ~Best regards

Very nice and pool, gym, accommodations are very good. Loved the showers being downspout! Location was perfect to get to Henderson state park beach, and restaurants. Host was very quick in responding and fixing things, which was amazing of them. The only downside, Ms Pacman in the apartment required 50 cents a game...kinda silly but we never played since it wasn't a free fun game.
