Sandpiper Cove Resort offers security: 24/7 guard access control and patrolling. Per HOA Community regulations, one of the registered guests must be 25 years or older. Quiet time is from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM. ***** Parking directly at the villa for easy access. Large, extra parking lot across “road” in front of Villa. Renter must comply with Sandpiper Cove Association: i.e. renter must be 25 years or older. No smoking, vaping etc inside or outside within 30 feet of the Villa. Pets allowed with prior approval. Quiet hours 10PM - 6AM. No cooking on upper deck.

Use of the outside grill is provided as a courtesy. Please shut off the Tank when not in use. Please maintain its quality of condition.
