Whether you're here for work or play, the Gold Rush Suite is the perfect base for your West Sacramento adventure. As you arrive, you'll find ample parking space in the driveway next to your unit. Inside, the Gold Rush Suite greets you with a cozy and inviting atmosphere, thanks to its modern amenities and chic furnishings.

During your stay, you'll enjoy the convenience of on-premises laundry facilities, so you can keep your clothes fresh and clean. Please note that the bathroom has two steps to enter.

In the surrounding area, you'll find plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops to explore, as well as some of Sacramento's top entertainment venues, such as the Golden 1 Center and Sutter Health Park.

We want to ensure that your stay with us is enjoyable and hassle-free. To make sure that we maintain the property's cleanliness and safety, we kindly request that you take note of the following reminders for STRICT IMPLEMENTATION during your stay at our property:

• Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises.

• Please note that the TV in this home does not include local channels or cable service. It is set up for streaming only. Guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming accounts (such as Netflix, etc.) during their stay and remember to log out before checkout

• Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly not allowed anywhere on the property. Please smoke on the street and do not litter cigarette butts or ashes on the property.

• Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, and the like are not allowed.

• Check-in time is after 4 PM and check-out time is by 11 AM.

• Please use the smart lock for self-check-in.

• Respect your neighbors by keeping noise levels down and avoiding disturbances.

• Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.

• Burning candles, incense, or any other open flames is strictly prohibited.

• Personal mail deliveries are not allowed on the property. We can only allow Amazon package deliveries.

• Please ensure that you lock the door AT ALL TIMES to ensure the safety of you and your belongings.

• The number of guests staying should not exceed the number stated in your reservation, and unapproved visitors are not allowed.

• Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 PM, are not allowed.

• Please note that excessive internet data usage will result in a fee of $50 if it exceeds the limits of our plan.

• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it.

NOTE: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

• FEES: A lost remote control (TV, fan, or air conditioner) will result in a $100 charge.

• FEES: A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking.

• FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $50.

• FEES: Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $50 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation to avoid this issue.

• FEES: A $250 fee will be assessed for blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras.
