Welcome To Atlanta! This lovely apartment is located in the prestigious Buckhead area near top rated attractions. There are many high end malls and shops in walking distance if shopping is on your to-do list. Whenever you are hungry don’t worry, there are many restaurants in walking distance. Fine dining, quick bites, and coffe shops are at your fingertips. If you like nightlife there are many nightclubs, bars, and lounges in the area. This neighborhood has many grocery stores, including Whole Foods Market. I promise there is something to do for the whole family with many attractions such as bowling, movie theaters, museums, etc. The property has a beautiful pool with an outdoor firepit, grilling area, and views overlooking the city. You will love the floor to ceiling windows and panoramic views. It’s so amazing, you have to see it in person. Come experience luxury in the city!

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT WITH CRITTERS

Apartment is beautiful. Host communication was great. However apartment is infested with roaches. Roaches was everywhere. Big roaches Baby roaches. Host will not take into consideration that I have to come out of my pocket because I’ve brung roaches to my apartment back home. Very luxury alright.

Wonderful location in Buckhead with everything in walking distance. Very clean and well decorated unit with fun activities provided by the front desk staff. The host communication was timely, clear & concise.

Buckhead Property Review

The location of the rental property is great. I enjoyed how close the stores were; the shopping mall, restaurants, and parks are all within walking distance. However, the property had a strong fragrance smell; perhaps reducing the amount of air freshener used would help. I would recommend providing more shower towels for the tenants. Additionally, renters should be informed about parking fees, as this detail is not listed anywhere when booking the property on Vrbo. The thermostat was set to 72°, and I could not regulate it. The check-in process was brilliant, and the videos on how to retrieve the keys were impressive. However, checkout instructions should be sent to tenants a day in advance, not two hours before checkout. I left four hours before checkout and did not have instructions, but I did my best to leave things in order.

Awesome Stay

Awesome location. I love this place and how easy accessible everything is. As a woman, I forget several things in the car when on vacation. I was able to get back to the car and back to the condo within 2 minutes. Also, allowed extra time getting through traffic due to easy exit out of condo. Only thing that I recommend is that there be more towels and rags. There were 3 sets and it was me and my mom. We stayed the entire weekend, so we needed more towels and rags. Place was clean and very comfortable. I will attempt to stay again on my next visit.

My daughter and I loved this apartment. Great location with a lot of shopping and restaurants. Close to freeway. Communication with the owner was so easy - he was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

Excellent place. Excellent location. Excellent host. This place exceeded our expectation. Clean, comfortable, convenient. It is secure beyond belief. Fob required to access the parking garage, the hallway from the garage, the elevator and door dead bolt. We saw security guards anytime we were coming and going. It is less than a block to MARTA. Great food close by and from Grub Hub. Host was instantly responsive and informative. I do not know how it would have been better.
