Welcome to Perdido Key. Your "Just Beachy" vacation home awaits your arrival. This vacation home is in the beautiful and private community of Arborgate and is just under one mile from the wonderful beaches of Perdido Key. Our private community offers low-key living with a wonderful family atmosphere. Enjoy the community pool as well as walking and biking trails that will take you right to the sand.

Inside your vacation home, you will find an oasis of rest and relaxation. "Just Beachy" has many comfortable areas to unwind. Enjoy morning coffee with bay views from one of three front porches or have a quiet evening conversation on the back deck. The first floor is an open floor plan that will keep the conversations going from the fully stocked kitchen to the very comfortable living room. Enjoy adult conversations around the dining table while allowing the younger ones to eat at their own separate eating nook or breakfast bar next to the kitchen. Flow into the family room and finish the evening watching movies on the 60-inch big screen TV.

Move upstairs to the second floor where you will find three of the four bedrooms. The first master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Enjoy the soaking tub, standalone shower, and double vanities. The second floor has another large bedroom with a queen bed. This room shares a bathroom with the third bedroom which features a fun "camper's layout" with three twin beds.

Do you really need to get away? Move to the third floor, where the entire floor has its own private sitting space, sleeping quarters, and en suite bathroom (forming a second master bedroom suite with a king-size bed.) Enjoy your own private balcony and bay views. (A bonus is that all bedrooms have their own TVs.) For those that need an added "lift," take the ELEVATOR to any desired floor.
