You rent this condo from VRBO and then you have to deal with VACASA as the rental company.  We rented this Condo for a golf Trip from Thursday - Sunday and we had tee times each morning.  Saturday morning we left the condo and found that our car was gone from the parking lot with our Golf clubs in it.  Our car had been towed for not having a parking pass, Vacasa did not provide any parking pass or even mention it in communication.   We had to move our AM tee time to the afternoon and cancel our afternoon tee time.  I called Vacasa 3 times on Saturday and was told each time that someone from the Myrtle Beach office would call me.  They never did.  I had to track down the HOA President and she was kind enough to give me a parking pass so my car would not be towed again.  It costs us 175.00 to get have the car released and  23.99 for a Lyft to get to the tow company for a total of 198.99.  I asked Vacasa to be reimbursed for costs and how would they handle the fact that we had to miss a tee time b/c they did not provide a pass.  They stated they approved a refund for 190.40 and anything else had been denied.I understand that mistakes happen, but own them and make it right with customers who no fault in trouble that was caused. I should not have to call 5 times and still not get a full refund for expenses incurred or a proper apology for messing up my vacation.
