Riverfront/Lake vacation home in Discovery Bay with 3 bedrooms and a kitchen.

- This 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom house (2,400 sq. ft.), very comfortable and in a great neighborhood. The house is a little dated but tidy and right on the California Delta.
Discovery Bay is about Location (close to fast water), Location (exposure to the sun) and this is the best spot!
- Located in prestigious Starboard bay, you are only 10 minutes from fast water in the main channel, there is no easier access to getting out and enjoying the water sports that the Delta is famous for. This home is located to give you views of the best sunsets California has to offer.
- The dock is in a secluded private bay which is great for swimming, or just floating on a raft. Additional boat slip available at no additional cost, bring your boat! There is also great fishing right off the dock. (You need a fishing license for California). The private over-sized double U dock has room for 2 boats. (Our boat is not included in home rental). We have 2 SUPs and a water carpet you can use!
- Comfortable living room with WIFI and smart TV.
- You will find a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, plates and glassware and all built in appliances. We have a regular coffee machine and a Nespresso. All you need to bring is food & drinks.
- The master bedroom has a King size bed, and an attached master bath. A Stages spin bike is available and is very smooth.
- The second and third bedrooms have King size beds and a shared bathroom. One of the bedrooms is missing a door.
