Enjoy gorgeous views of Marina Bay in this serene, clutter free home with your family and friends! You'll enjoy beautiful sunlight in the morning while protected from the hot sun of the afternoon. Every sunrise is magical!

Location is perfect: walking distance to a gas station with ice, bait, snacks and beverages, even food trucks! Older kids can walk to pizza, arcade and ice cream. East facing provides shade in the hot afternoons. Being on a large bay, this property does not have as much of the green water in other smaller bays.

Perfect for two or three small families. There is a table the family can play ping pong or billiards, also kids can watch TV in a separate room.

The space
This home is our beloved home away from home that our family enjoys and we hope you will too.

The living area, kitchen and master bedroom have huge sweeping views of the large bay it sits on. As it is one story, those with any mobility issues will find this home extremely comfortable.

Our large dock has plenty of room for your boat and jet skis. You can park your boat on the side of the slip and take advantage of extra space to park your jet skis or use our pedal boat and kayaks. You and your family will enjoy the new water slide that accommodates up to 275 pounds!! Life vests are available, but use caution and confirm weights for your children.

The living room, master bedroom and bunk room are all SMART TVs. The master bedroom has a desk for those "working" on vacation. Winky face.

There are multiple options for dining. The dining table indoors, outdoors, the game table, and even lounging on the seating area on the deck around the fire pit.

Enjoy your morning coffee from the reclining outdoor Barca Loungers on the deck!

There is a bbq grill on the deck while you spend time with your favorite people. We have a multitude of spices and condiments! Plates, utensils, cookware and glasses are provided for your convenience.

The refrigerator is newly purchased, with a beverage center having filtered cold water available at all times. Choose between ice cubes or ice chips! The washer and dryer are high capacity, also newly purchased.

We have a lot of games for the entire family, and also a few for the adults when the kids are in the other room or taking a walk to get ice cream.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house except the garage. A few closets and drawers will be locked.

Our front door lock is Smart so you can let us know a 4 digit code for access so you don't have to worry about losing a key or forgetting a code.

Other things to note
Ask about additional amenities for a fee:
* Peloton bike, with or without clips
* Weight set up to 30 lbs
* Manduka Yoga Mats and other yoga equipment
* Exercise bands
* Indoor fireplace (we keep this disabled)
* Air mattresses for additional guests, there is space in the master bedroom, the living room and the bunk room. We have had children bunk out in the living room in sleeping bags and have had the best time.
* Early check in or late check out

A few house rules up front:
* DO NOT DISTURB THE BOAT DOCKED IN THE SLIP. This will automatically terminate your stay.
* Parking is limited no more than 3 cars. 2 on the driveway, 1 on the street.
* No trailer parking, the marina is available for storage
* Any non-guest visitors need to be confirmed in advance
* Quiet time in Discovery Bay is 10pm to 9am
* Supervise younger children on the deck.
* Keep deck gates closed at all times.
* One person at a time on the water slide, including ladder.
* We love our neighbors, please treat them as your own.
* For safety reasons we have security cameras /recording devices on the exterior of the property.
* Fireworks are illegal in Discovery Bay.
