Welcome to Laguna Vista - this home was designed with you and your family in mind. We love spending time on the Frio with our family as well and have designed Laguna Vista to meet all your needs and truly be your home away from home. The casual and comfortable living room offers an over-sized sectional sofa, big screen T.V. and large stone fireplace! Fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless appliances offer everything you need to prepare any meal.
Laguna Vista has a total of 6 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom, including TWO master suites equipped with a flat screen TV. Every bedroom is specially designed to feel as though you are slipping under the covers at a 5 star resort. Coffee is a staple in our home so, we thought it imperative to have a fully furnished coffee bar complete with large coffee maker and local coffee samples as a special treat. We chose this location for the unbelievable views it offers of the relaxing Concan hills, golf course and Prayer Garden/Pond. The centerpiece of the spacious living/kitchen area are the large picture windows that allow breathtaking views of the sprawling pool and gorgeous backdrop of the beautiful Frio Valley Ranch Golf Course.
The sports pool is equipped with a volleyball net and a sun deck to lay out or allow small kids to play safely in shallow water. There is a place in this pool for everyone! Additionally, the pool is equipped with a large hot tub and jets! ***There is not a gate/fence between the backdoor of the home and the pool area. Fence encloses the outdoor space.** To add to the relaxing atmosphere, positioned directly next to the hot tub, is a gorgeous outdoor fireplace, complimenting the beautiful views and outdoor evening fun!
With a large outdoor kitchen complete with a flat screen TV, full size fridge, expansive granite countertop and bar, you will have ample space to cook and entertain. For your convenience, we have added an ice machine so your ice chests are always full.

All vehicles are to remain in the designated parking areas. Please do not park on grass and/or landscaping. Each rental will receive one parking pass per bedroom. All additional vehicles are $20 for the duration of your stay and must park in the overflow parking at the front of the resort. Our front gate is monitored by security and cameras.
For your convenience, bed linens will be provided, and your beds will be made upon your arrival. You and your guests will need to bring bath, kitchen, and river and/or pool towels. In addition, the home will be supplied with a starter kit including dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, trash-bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper for each bathroom. We advise you bring additional for your stay.
