Beach Access: The home is conveniently located just a short 4-minute car ride or ten-minute bike ride to three of the island's best beaches: Driessen Beach, Burkes Beach, and Folly Field Beach.
Golf Cart Offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.
Ground Level: After a long day at the beach come back and shower in the outdoor shower then join us for beach living at its best! The home features a single car garage and an oversized entertaining space that looks out to the beautiful backyard. You will find a large flat screen smart TV.
First Floor: Features a gourmet kitchen with upgraded stainless-steel appliances, including a convection oven. Quartz countertops throughout and an island with seating for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need and a starter set of paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher tablets. The living and dining room are an open floor plan featuring sliding glass doors that open to the first-floor screened porch with a cozy swing bed and additional seating for two. There is also a king bedroom with a large flat screen smart TV and a full bath with tile walk-in shower.
Second Floor: The owners suite features a luxurious king bed and a large flat screen smart TV. The master bath has a double sink vanity and a tile walk-in shower with a glass door. Also on the second floor are two additional bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed with a large flat screen smart TV. The other room has two full beds and a large flat screen smart TV. These two bedrooms share a full bath with a tiled tub/shower. The laundry area is also on this level and has a full-sized washer/dryer.
Third Floor: Here is where your kids will not want to leave! You will find two twin beds and a full pullout couch. You will find a table with chess/checkers to play, kid's games, and a large flat screen smart TV. The kids will also have their own full bathroom with a tub/shower.
Included supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.
Pets: Our company has a (2) pet maximum, dogs only. Must be pre-approved at the time of booking. All dogs must be 25 lbs or under, at least 2yrs of age, and fully trained. Policies may vary property to property. Pet fees are as follows: $350 per dog (1-21 nights), $500 per dog (21-60 nights). This fee is not included in AirBnB total and will be added once your reservation has been made. Additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear or damage of the property. If any pet is found on premise without advanced approval from Beach House Boutique, guests will be assessed a fee of $200 per night per pet of contracted rental agreement dates AND be asked to vacate the property without refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *
Insurance options are available at booking and some plans remain available until 30-days (thirty) prior to Arrival.
Parking: 3 vehicles max | No parking on the street or on landscaping
Elevator: The residential elevators in our vacation homes are intended solely for use by individuals with disabilities. To ensure the safety of all guests, these elevators should not be used by children or for recreational purposes.
If you require access to the elevator during your stay, please request this in advance. While we strive to keep our elevators in working condition, we cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that any defects will be corrected promptly. Mechanical issues may arise that are beyond our control, and repairs can only be performed by specialized vendors.
In the event that the elevator is not operational during your stay, please understand that no compensation will be provided. Additionally, the presence of elevators in our homes does not alter the pricing; guests will not pay extra for this feature, and therefore, no discounts or compensation will be offered for a non-working elevator.
