A large eat-in kitchen, dining room, and living room make any gathering memorable with plenty of space for meals, games, or movie night. A great spot for reading and relaxing, the second-floor loft has looked out to the upper deck. Coastal décor throughout reminds you of our beautiful Hilton Head beaches just a short stroll down the end of Pelican. Each bedroom and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. The hot tub is off the screen porch on the first-floor deck. A fenced-in pool area is just to the right of the garage. Coligny Plaza and Celebration park are just a quick bike ride down Forest Beach. This beach house is a true island retreat.
