Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. Enjoy the 5 minute walk to the beach, backyard pool, and newly renovated home! This home sleeps up to 8, has dual owner master bedrooms (1down/1up), well appointed kitchen with bar seating, 2nd fl laundry, two living spaces, and a work area on the 2nd fl. The home is positioned for live/work space or simply for vacation fun! The outdoor space has an oversized lot, upper deck, a large lower deck, and a pool in the backyard!

The Space:
Folly Field Dreams was recently renovated top to bottom - making it the perfect vacation home for you & your family and/or friends! Enjoy the modern updates and comfort of this spectacular home.

Folly Field Beach is just a 4 min walk with private entrance for our guests. However, if you do want to drive, Folly Field Beach also has public parking. You will find bathrooms, outdoor showers, a vending machine and a rubberized pathway onto to the beach, which makes pulling your beach cart onto the sand easy peasy!

And don't worry about traveling with all of your beach gear. We've got you covered, from beach towels to an umbrella and beach chairs, easily transported by our pull along beach wagon. We have both a large and mini-cooler ready for you to pack some snacks and lunch for a day at the beach.

Want to relax by the pool instead? Bask in the sun on one of our gorgeous  loungers by the pool or take a swim in our saltwater pool. Coming in the spring or fall? Not to worry, we can heat the pool (additional $75/day fee) just for you.

Bringing a baby, or two? Our home has everything you need for a relaxing stay away, including 2  pack-n-play cribs with mattress, a booster seat and a highchair. Bring your bed time routine to Folly Field with tubby time, books to read before bed, and nightlights to keep the scaries away.

Children can enjoy the fun of bunkbeds and board games galore!

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need from making homemade waffles & brewing coffee to whipping up your favorite dinner. Enjoy the taste of the open flame by grilling outside on our back deck.

Looking for a different scenery or backdrop when working from home? We have the perfect work from home space, including a printer!

And just when you're ready to turn off the lights, catch a quick movie on our smart TVs throughout the house.

Note:
- Ring cameras are surveilling the outside of our property to ensure the safety of our guests and property owners. These cameras are monitored to check for the correct number of guests, third-party bookings, and parties. We do NOT have cameras inside the home. 
- There will be an additional charge of $50/day for heating the pool, upon request.
- We welcome up to two pets 50lbs or less and appreciate your support in keeping your pets off of the furniture. We charge a $250/stay pet fee if you bring a pet, which will send a separate charge for after you have confirmed your booking.
