Ce haut-de-gamme, ensoleillée, villa de plain-pied attend pour rendre votre séjour complet. La plus belle océan sécurisé complexe de villas sur la plage de South Forest. Totalement mis à jour, 2015 apporte de la peinture fraîche, de nouveaux draps et de nouveaux lits améliorés par Simmons. Le plan d'étage ouvert avec des plafonds de neuf pieds permet un espace de vie très confortable. Sliders depuis le salon et le maître principal de chambre à votre terrasse, la piscine et l'océan.

Le salon a des canapés-lits, TV de 42 pouces à écran plat et lecteur Blu-ray / DVD. La chambre de maître avec lit king nouvelle comprend une salle de bains principale privée avec une grande douche de plain-pied et deux lavabos, et un écran plat combinaison TV / DVD 26 pouces. La chambre d'hôtes avec lit queen comprend un lit double et un 26-pouces à écran plat TV / DVD. La deuxième salle de bain a une baignoire / douche. La villa dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et buanderie séparée avec machine à laver pleine grandeur et sèche-linge.

La piscine a été entièrement rénové et comprend une piscine chauffée en saison, une piscine pour enfants, bain à remous, et la maison de salle de bain privée.

Au coeur de Hilton Head, la villa est à distance de marche de café du matin, le shopping, les restaurants, et de divertissement à Coligny Plaza. Détendez-vous sur la plage, dans la zone de la piscine, sur votre terrasse ou profiter de miles de plages et pistes cyclables.

Beautiful condo! This location was perfect. Easily walkable to Coligny Plaza but not as busy as the public beach area. The pool was large enough that it never felt too busy. Hosts were very responsive.

Clean and close to everything

We had an amazing stay! The condo is clean and well-appointed for any length of beach stay. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Our 2-year old loved watching the march rabbits and deer on the property. Highly recommend booking here.

This condo is absolutely gorgeous. The pool and proximity to the beach are perfect. Short 5-10 min walk to shops and restaurants. The condo is incredibly comfortable and updated. Deb was great and easily available if any needs would arise. We look forward to returning to this amazing spot and condo.

Enjoyable week

The villa was exactly as pictured and advertised. Deb was quick to respond to nessages during the booking process and also during our stay. The layout of the rooms was perfect for my teenagers to come and go with ease. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils (pots, pans, bowls, silverware, etc).The beach access was so close, just beyond the pool. The Shorewood property is gated, as well as the beach access, for safety and security. My family loved being on the ground floor and so close to the beach and pool!

Can’t go wrong at the beach

We have been to Shorewood for several years now, great facility, pool was fantastic and close walk to the beach. This was our first time renting this condo, overall we had a good time. There were some issues with the condo itself, the fridge took more than a day to cool down, even after cooling it didn’t feel totally cold ever. The fire alarm went off randomly at 5am one morning. The vacuum did not work very well which made it hard to clean up, there were lots of tiny bugs around which was more annoying since the vacuum didn’t work very well. Overall these things did not effect our week, we had a great time at the pool and the beach and will be back to Shorewood next week- just in a different condo.

Spacious, clean, great location

This was our first time in this unit, but it was our third time at Shorewood. Christian, the property manager, contacted us while we on our way to let us know the AC wasn’t cooling properly. Fortunately it wasn’t unbearably hot those first couple of days, but the nights were a little tough so we had two go buy two additional floor fans (they already had provided one). On our third morning, after a couple different AC repair guys had been there, the problem was resolved and the AC was nice and cold. Christian was in constant contact with us and I appreciated that. He has promised to reimburse us for the fans :)The condo was clean and very spacious, but the refrigerator seemed to take a long time to get really cold. We’ve also stayed in condos that were a bit more “homey” but maybe that’s just us. For example, board games, a few more kitchen items, etc. It’s kind of the difference between an owner who actually stays in the unit and one who owns several units. Overall, I would stay at Shorewood again and would probably rent this unit again if it met our needs at the time.

Perfect Accommodations

The condo was beautiful. It was the perfect location to the beach. We could walk right out of the back door and walk straight to the pool or walkway to the beach. Having a full size laundry room was convenient and helpful. Deb was so helpful and thoughtful. She checked in on us to make sure we were having a great time. We will definitely come back to this condo in the future.

Our family enjoyed our two week stay at 217 Shorewood. The Villa was very clean, the kitchen well stocked and the beds very comfortable. It had all the comforts of home, and the best feature for us was the proximity to the beach. Deb reached out to us several times which we appreciated. We highly recommend this villa.

This was an amazing family vacation. The suite was exactly as described! Full washer and dryer was so helpful. Do your food shopping when you get there- made it so easy! Walk to beach/pool! Walk to town for shopping, dinner or ice cream! Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay. We loved the villa, it was updated and clean. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 with room to spare. Loved the location, quick bike ride to shops and restaurants. Great Stay

The condo is very spacious and well appointed. It definitely meet our needs. Deb checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. You can tell she takes pride in her place and wants to make sure her guests enjoy their stay. Loved the location of the Shorewood. Miguel, the Shorewood property manager was a great source of information also.

Wonderful stay at this property

This condo was very clean and we'll appointed. Close to the huge pool and just a few steps farther to the beach. A short walk to Coligny Circle. Deb contacted us mid week to make sure all was well. I highly recommend this unit. Ground floor was an added bonus, no stairs!

We four adults enjoyed our stay here and found the location convenient to the beach, the pool and the rest of the island. The unit was clean and well-maintained. We appreciated that the property manager checked in with us mid-week to see how everything was.

Perfect spot for families

Stayed with 4 adults and two kids under 4. This is a perfect location for a family vacation. The unit layout is very functional, bigger than the pictures look and the kitchen is fully stocked with flatware and cookware should you be cooking in the unit. The pool area is large and newer with plenty of chairs and space, as well as ocean side which is a nice bonus. The short walk to the beach is nicely manicured with boardwalk and beach mat through the dunes. Easy walking distance to Coligny and a short drive to anywhere else on the island. The owner was easy to communicate with and checked in mid week to make sure everything with the unit was ok. We definitely would book this spot again!

Great place for a great family vacation

We had a great time at this property for my family if 6. With the sofa beds, each of my kids had their own bed. We loved being on the ground level so the kids could walk out the back door to the pool. If we decide to come back to Hilton Head for another vacation, so would not hesitate to rent here again. Deb, the manager was great to answer all my questions.

Hilton Head has been our home away from our Vienna, VA home since family members retired there in 1993. We were immediately taken aback by the sense of community, how accessible everything is, and how relatively private the beaches are.

There are activities for people of all ages. Beautiful beaches, restaurants, golf and tennis, miniature golf, bike paths, and kayaking.

We purchased this villa because of its location, proximity to the ocean, and because it has a great pool area. The ability to drive up to the front door makes for easy access. This upscale villa is full of light with floor-to-ceiling sliders in the living room and master bedroom. It is also walking distance to Coligny Plaza, a great combination of morning coffee, shopping, and restaurants.
