Close to both Mission Bay and Mission Beach, this spot provided a great base for a fun ocean vacation. Property was very clean and the kitchen very well equipped. Property management communicated well to ensure our visit was a success.

We had a great week here! The home is older but very clean, orderly, and comfortable. You really can’t beat the location—close to the bay, quiet, and still convenient to get to the other side. It was perfect for our family.The garage is very tight, but that was clear in the listing, and we switched to a standard-size car instead of an SUV, so it worked out fine. Our only wish was that bikes were provided, as that would have made the location even better. Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d happily come back!

My family and I absolutely loved this place! We can’t wait to make this an annual tradition to stay here. It was very convenient to walk to the beach, and it was very close to Belmont Park, which was very fun. My three kids really enjoyed the beach toys and the boogie boards that were in the garage. The hosts were awesome, and we can’t wait to come back.

Great location on what I'd think is the more quiet side of Mission.Clean space, great patios for enjoying the outside. Easy walk to the beach.Garage parking is tight; no SUV will fit in there! But that's a common size for homes in this area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location with nearby access to the ocean beach, bay beach, and a few food options was great for us. The space was perfect for our group.

The house was awesome, great location for the beach and bay. Parking is a bit difficult.There is a garage but it is very narrow so if you can get your car in there you can’t get out of it. Too narrow for the doors to open. That would be the only issue I could see with the property.

For the most part it was an amazing stay! So happy we were able to stay here. It was only my husband and I, but we rented it for the living room/ dining area as it was perfect for hosting a small birthday dinner get together for my 92yr old father-in-law. Very peaceful time of year! And so close to the bay or beach! And within walking distance to Belmont Park. And the host has beach chairs & towels available to use! The only drawback for us were the planes over head. BUT, we loved it anyway!

Much needed Getaway

San Diego is a great place to visit. And Mission Beach was just what we wanted with the boardwalk, great coffee spots, restaurants and of course the ocean. This VRBO is close to everything, we rely enjoyed our stay.

Nice house in a great neighborhood!

The location of the property is pretty much perfect. The home is clean and well equipped. Beds were comfy and garage is full of anything you need to enjoy the beach. Communication with property management was super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this rental is beyond expectations! Its clean, fresh, beautiful, spacious , bright, quiet and perfectly located , the hosts are extremely helpful and they responded immediately when I had a question. We had a great stay at this property. The home was lovely, spacious and comfortable. The location was great, close to the bay and the beach. The management was quick to respond to any questions. Check in/out was seamless.We would absolutely stay again.

Nice Place

Great location and the property was very nice and clean. Great communication before, during, and at the end of the stay. I will say the available parking (in the garage) was extremely tight and tough to maneuver (Honda Pilot). Aside from the parking everything was great.
