A clean bright modern home to fill a large family, hang out in a privacy fence or stay in at home to chill. Miniature golf just about a minute drive away, as well as Alligator Farm, very close to main attractions. Leave your vehicles at home and stroll to downtown, forget the parking problems at downtown! Great location

Beautiful home with everything we needed. We had a great stay. Just down the street from the bridge to walk to the popular area.

Long distance best friends getaway

Property was clean and beautiful. It was perfectly located for beach trips and walking to the historic district. The property manager was very kind and communicative. I’d love to visit this property again with my family

This property was very clean. Well stocked with blankets, linen and towels. $8 XL uber to historic district. The host was very easy and responsive to communication. Overall, we would stay here again.

Great House and Perfect Location!!

I did a LOT of looking around before booking this gem, it was hard to find a 3 bed, 2 bath so close to the city but this checked all the boxes and then some. Newly renovated so it was super clean, and had neutral, modern decor which again hard to find! We traveled by Uber into town the entire trip and never waited more than 3 mins for a ride! (It is $8/trip to downtown or back in case you're curious). Parking for 2 cars, plus plenty of street parking, and great options for food and nightlife within walking distance. I have already recommended to family and friends, and can't wait to return!!

Great location!

We loved the great location of this property. We stayed for a month, and enjoyed many aspects. It is a half mile walk across the bridge to the middle of St Augustine. It is easily within walking distance of most of the major attractions. It was so much easier than finding parking downtown and a beautiful walk as a bonus! Also, there are several wonderful restaurants within a few blocks. The neighborhood is safe and easy to walk around. The condo was very clean and recently updated. The kitchen was pretty well supplied with typical cooking needs. Nice privacy fence and outdoor space. Host responded quickly to any questions. We had a great experience and would recommend this unit.

Great location

The rental was in a great location. The rooms are big. It has stairs, but no baby gate provided so we had to block the stairs with the chairs from the island to keep our toddler from trying to climb the stairs. My toddler picked up an Advil tablet from the floor which if it would have been ingested could have been really bad. The floor has packing tape on vinyl planks that are coming instead of fixing the issue and by the feel of the rest of the floors the entire floor is going to need to be replaced if not this will cause a tripping hazard. The neighbors can be heard through the walls luckily they were not too loud. The owner did send us a message allowing us to check in early but we had already made plans around the late 4pm check in time. We received a message from him just before 8am letting us know he would be there around 10am to clean for the next guest.

Amazing Anastasia

We had a wonderful stay at Anastasia this past weekend. The accommodations were modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood, we were a short distance from historic St. Augustine and several shops and restaurants. Our host made this a hassle free trip.
