Adorable Sweet cozy Mid Century Style Townhome just steps from St. Augustine's historic district, walk to the city's best restaurants, shops, attractions, the historic Castillo de San Marcos, the scenic St. Augustine Lighthouse, and the Alligator Farm.

Walker Charters to Anastasia Mini-Golf is also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
The space
Our beautiful Townhome has two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of them with a full bed, and a queen sofa bed, and the other one is equipped with a queen size perfect for families or groups of friends.

The living room is bright and airy, with a large flat-screen TV, and a comfortable seating leather sofa bed, which can be used for two more people to sleep.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay and eat together at the original piano table, or simply enjoy the front garden which is perfect for a morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail.

NO PETS ALLOWED. There will be an automatic $500 fee for violation of this policy. Also please note there is an open staircase in the unit. Guests with small children should bring a gate or other barrier for safety.

Guests have private access to the entire house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking for two cars.

Leave your car parked in the driveway and cross the elegant Lions Bridge just 5 minutes away and wander the streets of the historic district on foot, where you can experience this unique city at your own pace, wandering the charming streets, stopping to enjoy delicious bites and an excellent nightlife, also if you want to enjoy a beach day, you will find a essentials beach kit in our place.

Clean, Safe and Great Location

Unit was Very Clean, Well equipped, and Comfortable! Safe off-street parking. Great location for walk/drive to historic downtown and easy drive to beach road for great restaurants. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to all questions. I would absolutely stay here again and/or recommend to family/friends

Girlfriend Winter Weekend

We had a nice, relaxing, fun filled girls weekend. Just as VRBO pictures portray, the accommodations were very welcoming, calming, and cozy. If we were to come and need a place to stay we will definitely book here again.

Cozy Clean Comfortable Stay

Everything about this place was exactly as described. The host was easy to talk to and very accessible. The place was clean . The bed was comfortable. The host provided everything to make our stay comfortable and we felt like we were at the home of a good friend. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and historic sights . We definitely would stay here again.

The property was 100% as described in listing. The location was great with numerous restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. The property has the cutest yard and the inside is decorated beautifully. We will definitelybstay here afain when visiting St. Auguatine!

Beautiful, well appointed rental

It was our first visit to St. Augustine and we enjoyed our stay here very much. The house and garden were very nicely decorated with antiques. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was complete with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, etc. The pricing was very reasonable. We were able to walk to the historic district but it was a kind of long walk for a couple of seniors. I'm sure younger folks could do just fine.

Birthday get away!

What a beautiful place! I loved the layout, upstairs and main floor bed & bath, just the right privacy. A perfect location with my favorite taco & craft beer establishment one block away.We walked over the bridge to the old city every day. A most pleasant experience! Thank you!

I spent a girls weekend here, and we had plenty of space to spread out. The owners have taken great care to decorate nicely. Lots of streaming options. We loved the yard with all the succulents!

Perfect and as Presented

A short 2 night stay to attend a show at the St Augustine Amphitheater. Perfect location, well appointed and very clean home. Everything was as expected with no hassles or issues. A short and pleasant walk to Old Town. Only small issue was the barking dog that was let outside early every morning from the unit next door. No quiet coffee time in the nice garden area! Will definitely stay again when in town.

Quaint Town

Area was very easy to navigate (except Saturdays) and was very interesting with many things to see and do. The property was extremely clean, well equipped, maintained nicely, and the owners were excellent at responding to questions. Two minor items were the lack of good lighting for reading and the barking from the neighbors dog (sporadic). All in all we would recommend this if you are looking for a small, cozy place.

Excellent stay

We had a great stay at this conveniently located home about a mile from the bridge of lion's. We rode bikes from the townhome to downtown St.Augustine, the lighthouse and Anastasia state park. Excellent location. Be cautious crossing the Main Street but otherwise peaceful ride. Home is maintained and stocked very well and the host was quick to get back to us with any questions we had. Highly recommend!! We will be back! Thank you Luis:)

Girls’ Trip

We spent three great nights here. It was the perfect location for us. We walked across the Bridge of Lions to get to the Historic District so many times we claimed it for our own.We could also walk to the Lighthouse and plenty of restaurants from our location.The house was just as described and had everything we needed. The gardens were well maintained and it was very peaceful sitting out there in the morning with our breakfast and coffee.Our hosts were responsive with anything we needed to know about the house and the surroundings.I would give this 10 stars if I could. Thank you Luis for providing such a wonderful place for us to stay in St. Augustine.

Great location to visit all of St Augustine

Perfect location if you are looking to explore the historic district and the beach. We were visiting to see a show at the amphitheater so it’s close to that also. This is a beautiful little oasis to relax after a day out and about. We really enjoyed hanging outside in the beautiful garden. Everything we needed was provided. Very attentive hosts. Wonderful

The place was awesome, and just perfect for us to walk downtown, grab grilled cheese (vegan and gf too) at Sarbez, and get delicious breakfast each morning at Creative Juices! It was comfortable and cute. Very beautifully decorated. We sat on the patio in the morning and I even napped on the grass in the sun. Wonderful stay!

Clean and charming

The home is just as advertised, and you can tell the owners put real effort into making it a beautiful place, inside and out. Everything was extremely clean, downstairs has large common area (with a giant smart TV). Even creative touches such as a vintage briefcase filled with St Augustine attractions, menus, etc (clever - loved it). Owners are also very quick to respond. Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.
