This was a great vacation rental! Very clean, newly renovated and close to a trolley stop! We had a lot of fun and will definitely stay here again in the future!
There's nothing negative that I can say about the accommodation. When we arrived, the home was very clean and a nice cool temperature. It's in the Lincolnville neighborhood which is of historical significance. Very close and within walking distance of the waterfront and other historic attractions; also an easy drive to the beach.
Everything that I was looking for in a vacation home. The check-in was very easy, the communication with Kenneth the host was amazing, he was extremely professional, very courteous and polite. The property is very nice and clean. Close to all the historic buildings, the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. I wanted to spend some time with my mom in a nice, clean and quiet place, and this property went above and beyond of what I was looking for. I planned to visit again. St. Augustine is an amazing place. Thank you so much Kenneth for your hospitality.
Three of us stayed in this lovely home for a couple of days. We were in town for a concert at the amphitheatre and this was the perfect home for our stay. Very clean and comfortable with nice amenities. Would definitely stay here again
Communication with Kenneth was always quick and helpful. The home was clean, quiet and less than a block from the trolley while also being within walking distance of restaurants, chocolate factory, winery, distillery and old town. We could not have ask for more. Would definitely stay here on our next trip.
This house was the perfect spot for our St Augustine getaway. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The host has excellent communication, check-in and checkout were simple and easy. We will be staying here on our next trip.
Things were perfect! Trolly stop #11 is just a few steps outside the door. Easy check in and out! The residence is well stocked with all you need. We plan on visiting again in a few months and will book here.
Visited st. Augustine to enjpy the Christmas/ Holiday lights. The house was in an exellent location, close to trollley stop # 11. The house was well appointed and immaculately clean. One minor issue was the lack of soap for one of the bedrooms. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay.
Great property and location for our stay in St. Augustine. After spending the day of activities in St. Augustine it was good to relax and rest in the comfort of this house. Would stay here again and have already suggested it to others if they go to this area.
House was newly renovated and very clean. Stocked with everything a family would need. Within walking distance to several attractions and within a short drive to the main attractions. Owner was helpful and quick to respond.Thank you again!
The property was neat and clean. Property manager was quick to respond. Loved the Ice Plant and Fish Camp restaurants were excellent and in walking distance. We also walked to museums. Very lovely trip. I would recommend bringing enough clothes, the washer/dryer combination took much longer to dry. The house was updated and very neat. I recommend this for a sweet getaway to St. Augustine.
Clean, modern, and just perfect for what we needed! Streaming services helped while the kids settled down for the night, my six year old says she even prefers the pull out bed to her own at home. Only thing Iâd say is the water pressure/shower head could be better. Kenneth was easy to communicate with and very thorough. We appreciated the drinks left for us in the fridge and the cool temperature to walk in to.
Instead of opting for a hotel when we visited St. Augustine, my husband and I decided to rent this property for the long weekend. The location is convenient to the restaurants, churches, and shopping on St. George Street. The property was immaculate, modern, and very cozy. For our family of four, it was perfect!
The host, Kenneth, was extremely responsive and accommodating - excellent experience communicating with him.
My favorite part of the property was the little sitting room with the writing desk and chess table. The kids played several rounds of chess and I spent a good hour there each night drawing and writing letters. There really is something to be said about staying in a local property within a neighborhood - compared to our previous stays in town (when we stayed in a hotel), we truly felt like we were part of the neighborhood this time.
The Blue Hen Cafe is one block away and perfect for a quick breakfast. (Tip: If you head there after 9am on weekends, expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes for a table. It tends to fill up quickly.!
We had a great time staying at this property! We are of an average fitness level, and we were able to easily walk to and from the historic downtown area -- we did not have to use the car at all while we were there. The Lightner Museum is especially close.
The house was incredibly clean and well air conditioned. Everything is new. There is even a beautiful orchid although I forgot to take a picture. It was in bloom during our stay.
Little details are great -- plenty of complementary coffee and tea options offered and there was cold water waiting in the fridge when we got there. Nice television with streaming options. Friendly neighborhood cats and a free book box three steps across the street. We didn't visit it, but there is a nice cafe very close by. The washer/dryer combo takes a long time to do a load but it works well.
Host was very responsive to all of our questions and the WiFi worked well.
Highly recommended!
This house is located right in historic Lincolnville, which is a very friendly, walkable neighborhood. We met many locals walking their dogs or biking, and a tourist trolley stop is just a few steps away. It is easy to walk to many tourist sites as well as restaurants. La Nouvelle, a French restaurant is just a few blocks away, and it was so good we had dinner there twice. The owner is very responsive to questions and was great to work with. Our only regret is not bringing our bikes. We will next time! House was clean and very up to date.
My daughter and I absolutely loved this property. The place itself was fantastic, and the location couldnât have been more perfect. We really enjoyed being able to walk back after meals and events, and the area felt safe and welcoming.I canât wait to return.
Central, walkable location in Lincolnville, perfect for a long weekend to visit our daughter, a Flagler student. The property was fresh, clean and cute.
