Welcome to our ultra luxurious 3500 square foot, 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom resort house with gorgeous views of beautiful Bostwick Lake in Rockford with mind-blowing entertainment space that will allow you to host friends, family or colleagues during the day.

The main floor has an open concept with massive seating and entertaining spaces including a bar space, huge kitchen and a large living room. This space includes a gas fireplace, large screen tv and plenty of seating. Enjoy the view from one of the 5 floor to ceiling windows of beautiful Bostwick Lake. We love the half-bathroom on this level - we sound proofed it, so our guests feel comfortable.

The upper-level features 2 bedrooms. The master suite has a comfortable king bed with a master bathroom featuring a floor to ceiling glass shower and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a small desk in case our guests need to work. The bathroom is located right down the hallway. Our upper level features the perfect space for hosting a small gathering for family, friends or colleagues. Conversational spaces, dinning and working spaces - all of which can be configured to meet your unique needs.

The basement level provides a more casual third bedroom (bunk bed (twin/full) and 2 twin luxury cots that are usually configured into a queen bed) and a fourth bathroom.

Outside the front door, enjoy the large patio space. Grill out, share some laughs around the bonfire, sunbathe, and enjoy the lake views!

Ready to enjoy the lake? Take a short 1-minute walk down to the public beach access at Bostwick Lake Park (suitable for swimming and fishing) for a quick dip, morning meditation or beautiful views. We provide you with two kayaks or bring your own kayaks or paddle boards. There is also great fishing if you decide to bring your fishing poles along. Bostwick Lake is a private lake, but if you are interested in booking use of our pontoon boat, please reach out to us! We will see if we can accommodate you.

Enjoy walking, running or biking? Hop on the Cannon Trail near the house or take a quick drive to Cannon Township to park and access the trail there.

Hungry? Dine at the Bostwick Lake Inn right next door on the lake or at Aunt Belle's attached to the massive antique mall and shop before or after you enjoy breakfast. Love donuts and coffee? The local Bostwick Lake Bakery is a quick walk across the street. Have a hankering for pizza - Arena's is just up the street! Ice cream calling? Head over to Bostwick Lake or Aunt Belles!
