Grand Rapids has so much to offer and we would love for you to be our guest in this beautiful 1640 sq ft 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home! Located perfectly on the westside where it's quiet enough for a walk to the park, close to the zoo or a short drive to the market and popular restaurants. Comfortably sleeps 8 people with main floor bedroom daybed/ trundle and upstairs host 3 more bedrooms with 2 queens and 2 twins. Love to host you and your loved ones the next time Grand Rapids is calling your name!
The space
The kitchen is fully stocked. Front porch has seating for the morning coffee or a good book.
Equipped with Wifi and 1 large TV on main floor.
Bedrooms are decorated for the feeling of home with comfortable beds and
Bathrooms have luxurious towels and bath products available for your use, as well as hair dryers. Iron and board if need be.
Cleaning supplies on site for your use but it does get professionally cleaned before and after your stay. Looking for forward to your stay with us!
Guest access
Parking in driveway for up to 4 cars. Back of garage space for 2 and plenty of street parking.

We loved our stay at this property! Owners were easy to work with, check in worked well, it was beautifully decorated with lots of small unexpected touches. Spacious kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms and bedrooms were all lovely and well stocked with towels and bedding. This house set a high bar for future rentals to exceed!

Excellent stay!

My siblings, mom and I stayed here for my sisters 40th birthday (6 people total). We were very comfortable and had everything we needed in a home away from home. It was immaculately clean. Beds were all comfortable and we felt like we had plenty of space. The kitchen is well appointed. We cooked dinner one night and breakfast all 3 days and had everything we needed. Both showers were great and the bathroom towels were nice and soft. The owner responded very quickly to a question i had prior to the trip & communicated check in instructions with door code the day before our stay. Location is great too. We walked to the zoo one day & downtown is just a quick 5 minute drive. Would absolutely recommend this house and the owner.

Great visit

Check in was an easy, house was exactly as pictured, very clean and lots of little extras that were greatly appreciated. Only criticism was the bed was very very firm, just not my preferred style. Great place if I visit Grand Rapids again I would rent this house again. Lots of stuff restraints

Labor Day wedding weekend

We had a wonderful stay. We were there for a wedding on Labor Day weekend. The house was in a perfect location for all the festivities we needed to attend. Pre-check in communication with Tracey were answered promptly. The house had everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Great GR house

We stayed for the weekend of my daughters wedding. The place was clean, kitchen was well equipped, lots of amenities to make our stay easy. The backyard space was great. Spacious kitchen. Comfortable beds, ceiling fans in the bedrooms made sleeping easy. We will definitely stay here again!

Quiet Location

We chose this location for the proximity to the zoo and short walk to downtown. The place was clean and the listing was accurate. We definitely appreciated the complimentary coffee and creamers. We also appreciated the simplicity of the check out instructions. The place worked out perfectly and we'll be keeping it in mind if we ever need another Grand Rapids escape!

Wedding Weekend

The bridal party and myself stayed here before my wedding at the John Ball Zoo. The location was perfect, being ~4 mins away! The house was clean and stocked with snacks. We loved the open concept on the main floor which made getting ready the morning of super nice for everyone to still be together while getting our hair and makeup done! We also loved all of the parking available in the driveway. Highly recommend staying here!

Holiday Gathering

This property is a great venue to have a small gathering of family for the holidays. We hosted breakfast for seven adults and two small children. It was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare food. The first floor has plenty of room for everyone to move about and the kids could play. Parking is the best! This house has a large pad for off street parking which is great. I would highly recommend this house.

Well Appoint, clean and reasonably priced

The property was beautifully decorated and well appointed, with some extras like snacks and water, coffee, streaming services, and extra pillows/blankets. Comfortable beds and bedding, good parking. Quick drive to our destinations. Great communication, and clean, charming house. Our only small issue was not having enough comfortable seating for our group of 8 to all be together in the living space. But, that wasn’t that big of a deal as we didn’t spend a ton of downtime in the house.

Great Grand Rapids Stay!

This house was just right for us! We have a family with little kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, play and nap. I loved how it was decorated- so stylish and yet easy to move any breakables out of reach form little hands. The front porch was perfect for reading and relaxing. The house felt very clean and fresh throughout. The mattresses were comfy, and the bathrooms were sparkling clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix simple dinners. It really made for an enjoyable stay! The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. It’s close to the zoo, and it’s easy to get onto the freeway to get to other parts of town. Overall a great spot! We would love to stay again on our next trip to Grand Rapids.

Women’s Weekend

I live in Grand Rapids but rented this house for a friends’ weekend. What a find! We were so pleased with the house. Large and well appointed kitchen where we did some serious cooking. An open concept kitchen/living room/dining area where we could all comfortably hang out. The house was tastefully decorated and you had everything you needed and some nice extras. The location is good. You could walk downtown or to the Bridge Street entertainment district. You could also quickly get over to Millineum park if you wanted to enjoy some time in nature. We were only disappointed that it was summer. We would have liked to sit out on the front porch or in the backyard entertainment area. We may have to come back.

Family Vacay

We enjoyed our stay here. We didn’t read close enough to the description to notice that the 2 queens were upstairs, and my mother-in-law has bad knees, so my in-laws ended up sleeping on the twin day bed & pull out trundle downstairs. The stairs are pretty steep and I slipped down a couple once or twice. I made my 3 year olds sit down on the stairs to go down. It was pretty warm upstairs but not unbearable (temps outside were in the 80s and the thermostat was downstairs). The beds were comfortable and it was super clean. The shower downstairs was pretty small & the upstairs shower didn’t have a ton of water pressure. Multiple TVs though out the house was a nice touch along with an assortment of snacks and games. The location was pretty close to all the things we wanted to see in Grand Rapids (children’s museum, zoo, & sculpture gardens).

This was comfortable for 5 women attending a local fly fishing convention. Convenient to drive to airport center venue. Easy Uber to and from airport. Nicely furnished updated house with many thoughtful extras. We felt very welcome. Plenty of places for us to sit and easily visit. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of parking space. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!
