The wonderful vineyards of Paso Robles are all within a short drive and Lake Nacimiento is 15 minutes away. The Paso fairgrounds are within 2 blocks, perfect for enjoying the annual fair and there is a Smart & Final within 1 block, allowing guests to easily stock up on all necessary provisions for their trip.

Guests have private access to the entire house, as well as free high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs in the living and all bedrooms, street parking on Oak, and full use of the washing machine and dryer. Outside, guests have access to the jacuzzi and BBQ.

Once you book with us, we will send you instructions to access the home. Our property uses an electronic lock for the front door. You will be sent the directions and codes for access before your arrival.

There is ample parking outside the home and plenty of additional street parking spaces across the street behind Smart & Final.

• No Smoking of ANY KIND in the house
• No parties, events, bachelor or bachelorette stays
• No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture. (unless otherwise specified)
• No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, etc.
• No Pets allowed
• No Disrespecting / disturbing neighbors.
• No loud noise or music past 9 PM.
