This 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is on a quiet street in Dewey, but close enough to walk to all the action you need for a great getaway. Recently updated in 2026 with a brand new kitchen for your enjoyment! Enjoy your morning coffee on the large screened porch, walk to the beach for the day, enjoy the sunset at the Rusty Rudder across the street or walk around the corner for dinner at Nalu. Everything you need for a fantastic vacation is at your fingertips! I provide beach chairs and wagon. Just bring your beach towels! Come see for yourself why 93% of our guests rate our space a 10/10! Short walk to the beach, cool air conditioning, and comfortable beds. The GPS was confused because the building is behind another building so you may want to put 21 Collins in the GPS instead of 23.

Great stay at the beach

We had a wonderful stay at a condo close to the beach. It was an easy, well explained process from booking to checking in. The host was very responsive a question we had. The cleanliness of the condo and the amenities were all we needed for a March weekend in Dewey Beach. Close to Rehoboth and Bethany beaches, too!

Lovely place in walking distance to beach and restaurants

We had a great time, it was conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and the host was very responsive. The place had everything we needed and was comfortable. The only downside is it is a bit too close to the main road, so instead of hearing waves at night we heard traffic from the road.

Great Beach Getaway

This is a clean, attractive and cozy space a half-block from the beach. It's an upstairs unit with a nice screened porch, and feels private even with other units around it. Well-stocked, comfortable and convenient location. Elizabeth is a great host and communicator. Highly recommend!

The property was clean and well equipped. We stayed off season and enjoyed the peace and quiet. I imagine it is not so during the summer because the buildings are close together.

Clean, great location

The property was just as shown, clean, 2 parking passes (careful they are not the same) close to the beach, beach chairs included. Host was very very responsive. Lots of amenities: toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, sheets and bath towels. Second floor with awesome screened in porch.

Great stay!

Our family of five had a great stay on Collins Avenue! The location was ideal for our kids to enjoy the beach and avoid having to cross busy traffic. Great hostess who was super responsive in the weeks leading up to and during our stay. We enjoyed the screened-in porch and took advantage of the available grill to prepare meals. We had a super time at Dewey Beach!!

Adorable beach block condo

The condo was exactly as it appears in photos. Access to beach is very convenient and the beach is guarded, which we were not sure of until we got there. The space is small but functional and the beds were comfortable. This was perfect for a girls getaway.

The location of this property was excellent. We could walk to the beach, restaurants etc. The inside of the condo has been redone and is very nice. There was four of us (2 couples) for the weekend and it was the perfect size.

Amazing!

I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. It was clean, updated, warming, and beds were so comfortable. Everything you needed was there as far as kitchen and bathroom supplies. We also had beach chairs and toys for the beach !! Can’t wait to come back !!

Wedding Anniversary Weekend

Properties, absolutely beautiful! Great location with just a short walk to the beach and the bay. Absolutely enjoyed the comfort of staying in this home. The kitchen is very cute, quaint and very cozy. Each bedroom is very comfortable with plenty of blankets extra pillows and plenty of space to put our luggage, accessories - whatever you need. My favorite room happens to be the screened in sunporch which was very comfortable filled with cozy furniture - a great little spot to have your dinner outside!

Home Away From Home

This property is well maintained and it had all the amenities we required for our stay. We loved that it was extremely close to the beach. My friend and I also appreciated the two parking passes that come with the rental. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. We did appreciate the beach gear. However, we didn't realize there was no beach towels. We would certainly stay here again. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

This was a great find! House is updated, clean, has everything you need including beqch chairs and wagon! Half a block to the beqch and less than half mile walk to all the good reataurants and bars!! I hate to share as we want to make aure qe gwt it again next summer!!! Save us a week!!!

The unit is tucked back off the street so road noise was reduced. Our group was two small children who shared a room, 1 grandma in the other room and an adult on the sofa bed. Even with 1 bathroom, everything worked out. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch, which we loved. The primary room's bedding was soft and comfortable. The couch was great for a single sleeper who is smaller or a teen. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, paper products and a few seasonings. Appliances worked as expected, though the fridge has to be shut a certain way to make sure it properly latches. AC units blew cold.Very walkable to restaurants and close to the beach where there was a lifeguard on duty. Would stay again.

This condo is the perfect location, located an easy short walk to the beach and also within walking distance to great restaurants and nightlife. Originally built in the 1960s, it features tall beautiful ceilings and has been updated with all new modern/ coastal furnishings.
