Spend your vacation relaxing in this stunning 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom townhome. This unit is made up of two separate floors, located on the 3rd and 4th floor of the building. On the 3rd floor is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath layout, and the 4th floor is a 2-bedroom 2-bath layout. This unit offers 2 full kitchens, 2 dining spaces, 2 large open living room, with plenty of space for the entire family, and 2 balconies for enjoying the warm island air. Outside, you can relax by the pool, private to the Family Tides units. Located only 0.1 miles for beach access #10, this unit is perfect for taking a stroll to our world-famous beach, or taking a trip to Siesta Key Village where you can experience many of the wonderful shops and restaurants the island has to offer!
*This property is stairs only. All guests must have the ability to climb stairs.
*There is no garage parking.

great view

The house was clean and the description was accurate. Beachside management was very accommodating. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and a short walk to downtown Siesta Key. The stairs are real through - people staying must be able to climb several flights (with luggage).

Location, location, location!

Walking distance of the beach and the village! Beachside Management was awesome to deal with! The view was great and we had plenty of space. The property was clean. My only complaints were that the kitchen didn’t have the necessary items to make a proper meal and there weren’t enough beach chairs for everyone in our family too use one at the beach.Beds were comfy.

Good location. Could’ve addressed issues a little better.

Overall the stay was fine. We had water issues with all the rain we had one day. We spent 24+ hours cleaning it up. We had an issue with ants in the microwave that no one ever came to check on.

A wonderful week!

Despite having a late check in due to the cleaners not arriving until late, this house was just as it was described on the listing. The pictures showing the view from this home did not do it justice. It was beautify to be able to look out the window to the beautiful beach. Everything was in walking distance (the village took about 15 minutes) and the house had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again. We had two children, ages 4 and 2, 9 adults, and we were all comfortable.

Mom and Daughter Spring Break Trip

The accommodations were very nice. Everything was very clean and management was very attentive to our needs. Wonderful location as it was so close to walking to the Village and to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Time Holiday/Birthday Celebrations

We loved the apartments. They were plenty big. We had 8 adults, the 2 apt floors were great. The view was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. We have a few cons. There is only one stove/oven. We only used it for breakfast, but we had to go up and down the stairs several times trying to find correct pans. Two toilets on the 3rd floor apt didn’t properly work. The maintenance finally fixed it on our 3rd night. The dryer on the 3rd floor did not dry well at all. So we didn’t do any wash because it would have taken too long. The furniture on the 3rd floor was fine but very old. The air conditioner on the 3rd floor stopped working on our 5th day. It was too late when we got back from dinner to call so I made sure I let them know the following morning, which was the day we were leaving. The pool was nice but the pool area was a mess and not welcoming. Chairs were filthy and old cushions were in top of the bin. It needed to be cleaned up and presentable. We met the family who were staying in the apt on the 2nd floor and they informed us that the elevator does work, which we were told it did not work. So we did utilize that the day we left. If I owned this property I would pay attention to the small details and make the apartments more inviting. The 4th floor was in better shape with no issues. The 3rd floor outdoor patio and living furniture needed to be updated with beach vibes. Those small touches make a difference. We did really enjoy Siesta Key!

The elevator house that we couldn’t use

The only criticism we had is that none of us read anywhere that there was 43 steps to get to the third level and another 19 if you were on the fourth level. Everything else was fabulous about the property.

Great Condo Units, but beware

We rented the 2nd and 3rd floor suites. Both suites are super nice with great views. BUT, there are a lot of stairs which is particularly burdensome when carrying your luggage, coolers packed with food, and groceries. If you have elderly or out of shape people, take notice. To get to the top floor, it’s the equivalent of four or five flights of stairs (61 steps!). The units both had failed air conditioners which is a crisis in the August heat waves. They were fixed on day 1, but then went out again on day 2 for the top unit. It was a Sunday. It took all day to repair, but it did get fixed. The kitchens are not equally equipped, so there was a bit of going up and down stairs between units to find certain cookware. There were a few minor maintenance issues (patio doors didn’t close all the way, toilets took some jiggling to flush, other minor stuff). Those are the negatives. On the positive side, all-in-all, the place was awesome. We really enjoyed both units. Very comfortable. Nice shower in the master bedroom. Beds and sofas were comfortable. Great place.
