5/5 - Perfect Beach Getaway!The unit was exceptionally clean, spacious, and incredibly accommodating. The curated toiletry boxes were an amazing touch, and having shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent provided made it so easy for us to settle right in.The location is absolutely fantastic—the home is just minutes walking distance to the Siesta Key main drag, which is filled with great restaurants and shops. They also provided everything we needed for the perfect beach day, including beach towels, chairs, a cart, and a cooler with freezer packs. To top it off, the host was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns, providing great communication throughout our stay. They truly thought of every detail to make our trip comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Location was fantastic! We walked everywhere, no need for a car. House size was great for a family of 5. We had everything we needed to cook and for the beach. We will stay again!

Clean, well maintained property that was thoughtfully stocked - kitchen stuff and beach gear in particular made it so easy. We usually drive to the beach and lug our own stuff, nice to be able to fly in this time and have pretty much everything already there. Host was super responsive and when we had an issue, maintenance was there within hours.

This rental perfectly suited our family group of three adults and three tweens/teens. The location was great, allowing us to walk most places The host’s generous provision of beach chairs, toys, and beach towels was very helpful. We would have loved to use the kayaks but we ran out of time! Hopefully we will have the opportunity to visit again.

The house was accurately described in the listing. When checking in the door code didn’t work. I was able to call, and a new code was immediately sent and worked! The distance to the beach and restaurants was perfect. The beach chairs and kayaks were great. We did have an issue with the hot water not working in the house. Unfortunately, it was day three before being able to take a hot shower. The one other small issue was the refrigerator leaks water. It wasn’t too much and we kept a beach towel at the base to soke up any leaking water. Overall, we liked the size of the house and the location. With the responsiveness of the owner, I would recommend this house to future tenants.

The check in/check out of this property was effortless. The property was nice and clean, but the highest floor does get a little warm. We also didn't know the rooftop can only be accessed by elevator (no stairs) and it is shared with the unit next door. The courtyard with the grill and patio tables is also shared with the next door unit. We were happy with everything that was provided, and the walk to the beach is very manageable. If you are taking the cart, I would highly recommend using public beach access #8 vs #9, as it is more packed down and easier to push/pull the cart. The downtown village area is about a 10-12 minute walk (about a half mile), but during the time we went (mid-May) there was ample parking if you preferred to take the car instead. This is a great location and a beautiful property. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Short beach getaway

Really nice property- plenty of space on each floor to accommodate teens (and they loved the private elevator to fourth floor rooftop deck ). Short walk to beach and the shops. 2 kayaks provided- we used them a lot. All amenities provided and friendly and prompt service from management. We will be back! Thank you.

We had a fairly major issue with safety. A woman who was staying next door got confused when leaving the top dock. Instead of taking her elevator, she took ours, straight into our kitchen where we were sitting. She seemed a bit disoriented and confused. Fortunately, the adults were home and we walked her down the stores out our door...that being said, that could have gone very differently. We ended up leaving the elevator door open at night or when we were gone. We did see this as a major safety issue. Other than that, the
