Indulge in luxury at one of the most sought-after vacation condo buildings in Panama City Beach! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit spans over 1,300 square feet and sleeps up to 8 people. Recently renovated, it features new flooring throughout, an upgraded kitchen, fresh paint, new furnishings and lighting, and a luxurious master bathroom. Situated on the 9th floor, the balcony offers great views above the street noise, showcasing stunning gulf, coastline, and sunset vistas.
Step outside to enjoy a swim in the large kid-friendly pool or head directly to the white sugar-sand beach and relax in the sun all day long.
As a guest, youâll have access to the resortâs outstanding amenities, including two swimming pools, four poolside firepits, a tiki bar, and a newly renovated fitness room with gulf views. Pier Park, located just across the street, offers dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
Parking: Managed through Calypso Resort Parking. Starting January 10th, 2025, the cost is $60 per car per stay, with a maximum of 2 vehicles. Rates are subject to change according to HOA guidelines.
