Imaginez vos vacances parfaites sur l'une des plus belles plages du monde, au premier complexe de Panama City Beach. Les points forts comprennent 2 piscines face au golfe avec bar Tiki, chauffées en saison, un centre de remise en forme, 500 pieds de plage de sable blanc, la nouvelle jetée de pêche Dan Russell à côté et Pier Park à une promenade facile. L'excitation grandit à Pier Park avec l'achèvement des phases I et II. Parmi les magasins figurent Target, The Grand Theatre 16-Plex, Dillard's, JC Penny, Old Navy, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Back Porch et Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville. De nombreux autres magasins spécialisés sont également ouverts. Vous pourrez également profiter d'une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique, depuis le balcon privé de ce septième (7e) étage joliment décoré, 2 chambres et une chambre avec lits superposés.

La personne effectuant la réservation doit être âgée de 25 ans ou plus et occuper la propriété pendant toute la durée de la réservation. Nous louons de semaine en semaine, pendant les mois de printemps et d'été, avec un check in et out le samedi ou le dimanche. Il y a un séjour minimum de trois nuits pendant les autres périodes de location.

Great play convenient to everything

We enjoyed our stay! The facility was kept very clean. Room was lovely and had everything we needed and more. It was a little noisy at night outside in the beach with tons of teenagers hanging out during all hours of the night, but that is the only complaint. Otherwise everything was perfect. Would stay here again.

Incredible Views

The Condo is spotless and the view is Incredible. If you want sunset pictures, this 7th floor condo facing the ocean fits the bill. The king bed in the front bedroom is the most comfortable bed I've slept in, in a long time. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed and for a vacation I can't imagine needing more. We were also surprised that food delivery, both restaurant and markets were no problem.

Wonderful place to stay

This condo is beautiful and it overlooks the white sandy beach. During our entire visit the water was emerald green and blue, so clear we could see the sandbar through the gentle waves. The condo was very clean and had the kitchen had all the cookware we needed to make meals. Also, the owner was helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again.

Loved the condo

The condo was clean and stocked with all accessories that you would need. The owner was responsive and we didn't have any problems getting in the garage or room. The location was perfect as it was in walking distant to our favorite place, Pier Park!

Amazing Host & Condo

I’ve been going to the panhandle for over 20 years, this was overall the best experience I’ve had. It’s was the extras that made this condo, the hand soaps in cute bottles and toiletries, amazing walk-in shower, the best mattresses and pillows. The host was amazing to work with. We had car trouble and had to stay an extra day. The host was so caring and helpful, he checked on us to see if we were ok. I can’t recommend him enough!

Great time!

The property was great! The master bed was so comfortable and we slept great! The space was very clean and the owners were responsive when we had questions. There were many items we could use in the kitchen and the laundry room. We appreciated all of the amenities at this property. The only con is the condos do not enforce keeping canopies from the front of the chairs. If you have a large vehicle, parking is tight but the Osprey next store will let you buy a parking a pass and this made it so easy to drive our truck throughout the week. We will definitely stay with this owner again!

BEST stay

Everything at this condo was perfect! The owner was a just text away if we needed anything, but we didn’t have one issue our entire stay. The condo was clean and the location was perfect. We have an 8 and 5 year old and there were even beach toys provided to use! The condo was gorgeous and you cannot beat the view. The resort itself was very well maintained. There was a guard there at all times which was a plus. Already planning our next stay!

LOVED this condo.

Although we visited on a busy Memorial Day weekend, we loved our stay at this lovely condo. Bob was very nice and accommodating on our last-minute stay. Easy walk to Pier Park for restaurants and shopping. The only downsides were the elevators can take a while during busy times, and the beach chair guy using a ranger every morning (and evening) for the beach chairs kinda ruins the peaceful mornings. Overall, this condo is very nice and you will not be disappointed.

Last-minute getaway

This condo was perfect, from the location to the layout and view. Being on the 7th floor was high enough for a great view of the ocean but not so high that the elevators were an issue. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. Robert was very responsive and accommodating even with our last-minute request for an extra parking pass so our friends who were staying in Laguna could join us on the beach. We will definitely be back!

Great Value and Great View

Very clean condo, great communication with the owner, and a great view of the sunset daily. If I had any complaints it would be how congested it is getting up to the room, but that is to be expected July 4th weekend, and also out of the control of the host. Overall the experience was great, and our family had an amazing week. I would strongly recommend this unit in Panama City. Great location, great family atmosphere, a gym, huge pool, and a great host. Hopefully we will make it back soon! The Howards

Early Summer Stay

We really enjoyed the location of the 7th floor condo at the Calypso. The unit was very clean, nicely finished, and was stocked with everything we needed for the enjoyment of our beach vacation. It's within walking distance of Pier Park and other restaurants. Something to note, if you want to use a luggage cart, you have to leave your ID in order to check one out. We were not aware of this. When we went to get one, the attendant had a stack of 50+ ID's in his hand and I didn't feel good about the process so we made a couple of trips and carried all of our stuff. This is a building requirement, not from the owner. We would definitely book this condo again!

Perfect!

I have rented many Florida condos over the years and this was by far one of my favorites. Reserving the condo was a breeze. Communication after reserving and before check in was quick and easy. The condo itself was the perfect floor. 7th floor is not too low and not too high. Location to shopping and entertainment was great. The unit was beautifully decorated. Simple but elegant. Loved the shiplap accents. The beds were extremely comfortable. I took pictures of the brands of the blankets and pillows so that i could purchase them at home. The unit was huge. Plenty of space and very well stocked with everything needed. Loved my familys stay at this condo. Highly Recommended!

The condo was great. Just as described. Owner was responsive and friendly. My biggest complaint is the parking. It’s across the street with an attached breeze way. It took a while to get anywhere. It was a hike to the beach as well. The amenities at the condo were great. Just the big complex problems. I would recommend just be prepared for walking.

Wonderful!!

Easiest checking in you could ask for!! Condo was very clean and felt comfortable! The view is excellent!! No complaints at all! The owners communication is great and very responsive!! We have stayed down in Panama for the last 4 years for vacation and by far this was our best expierence!!
