The best you can get at Calypso

We could not have been more thrilled with this property. The views, the quality, price, and easy in and out process with Warren Beach Rentals made a customer for life. The owner of this unit clearly puts a lot of his earnings back into the home, it looked, smelled, and felt brand new. A FAR higher standard than the norm. 5 stars all the way around, and already a trip planned for summer 2025.

We had a great time at this property. The accommodations were clean and nicely decorated as shown in the pictures. It was quiet and close to the key activities Pier Park has to offer. I would stay here again. Thanks for sharing this lovely space!

Beautiful condo on top level

Overall a wonderful stay. The master bath shower drain had some issues, but other than that very clean. We didn’t have the starter items promised in the listing, but we were able to purchase quickly. The property is clean and well maintained, and in an ideal location. The views are stunning. The only thing that would have made it better was a later check -out option.

Great condo!

Very nice and clean. The towels were horrific! Had to bleach and wash twice. Other than that it was good. Not many places to layout by the pool and no jacuzzi.

Family Time 2021

We had a awesome condo right on the 23rd floor! Could see for miles! Enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony, so peaceful! Rainbow the last two mornings while having coffee with my twin sister! We had a great time with no long wait for the elevators! Checking in and out of the room and parking was so nice! We were there at a busy time...walking to Pier Park was a big plus!! Thank you Warren Rentals for the best condo!

Perfect for our family

We brought our children for spring break and had a wonderful time! I wish I had read reviews a head of time better it would have saved me on packing beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and board for the kids that the condo had. Lots of games for the one rainy day we had. The kid bunk room was a hit. My one and only complaint and suggestion would be, the condo does not have a lock on the inside or a latch to flip on the door. Our 3,5, & 7 year olds slept in the kid bunk room which is closest to the door. They were also able to open the door. Each night I’d put our big wagon in front of the door but would definitely suggest an inside latch to flip so they would not be able to escape.

Great stay. Matched description.

Property was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean, plenty of room, and with easy access. Appreciated the beach chair and umbrella that came with the unit and the extra beach supplies in the laundry closet. Would stay again.

Very clean condo!

We’ve stayed in PCB for years and this is by far the cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in. The mattress in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and the view was amazing!

Amazing View

The best part of this condo is the view! It is beautiful! The condo was clean, updated, and in walking distance to Pier Park. I would suggest bringing extra papertowel, trash bags, and TP. You do hear the traffic at times and loud music, but honestly I think you will get that anywhere you stay in PCB. I was concerned about the wait time for an elevator since we were on the 23rd floor. However, we NEVER had a long wait time. My only recommendation would be putting a dead bolt on inside of the door. The room with the bunk beds is closest to the door to exit the condo. We were traveling with young kids and I was nervous they would venture out. My two year old was able to open the door with little effort. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Again, you can't beat that view!!
