You'll never want to leave this beautifully updated 2 bedroom Villa in Building 2 of Hilton Head Resort. This property is conveniently located on the 1st floor. Just a short elevator ride up. This fully furnished unit has new paint, appliances and is beautiful all throughout. You'll love to sit out on the balcony and enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage. The Hilton Head Resort amenities include an indoor recreation center with an indoor pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, and so much more. Enjoy the covered parking areas, private boardwalk to Singleton Beach (with a seasonal golf cart shuttle), lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, badminton, 2 outdoor pools, Island Grill and Deli, picnic and garden areas, as well as a sun deck. Coco's on The Beach is located at the end of the boardwalk. 24-hour on-site security. There are also so many family friendly activities that take place during the summer! A golf cart shuttle also runs April-September from the resort to the beach!

The Breeze trolley service runs every 30 minutes and has a stop at the resort. It starts back up again on March 29th, 2025 and will run until around Labor Day. It is available from 1PM-10PM during the week and 1PM-11PM on Friday & Saturday.

This resort has a strict NO PETS policy. Please let us know if you have a service animal! This is also a NON-SMOKING/vaping condo. The primary renter must be 25 years of age.

Great Long Weekend Spot

My family & I spent a long weekend at this property in mid June, unit was perfect for out family of 5. Layout was great, furniture was comfortable, & the beds were sooooo comfortable, best vacation sleep! The property was well maintained, nice pool access, & a nice walk to the beach.

Fit our family of 5 well! Only issue was a leaky faucet in the kitchen, but otherwise was a beautiful place! Would definitely stay here again!

great place for some family time

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton.Head resort. the condo was very clean and very well styled. Thepools were great especially the indoor pool when it got really hot outside. We did not mind the boardwalk to the beach in order to get a little bit of exercise and the kids loved seeing all the wild life from the boardwalk. We will definitely be visiting this place again, hopefully soon.

Wonderful property! Great location, clean and plenty of room for our family of four. Check in was super easy. The boardwalk to the beach was easily accessible and we enjoyed the beautiful walk. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay

We had a great stay at the resort. The condo was very clean and stocked with all essentials including beach equipment, which was a big help. Only one thing I wish could have been better was only one elevator worked at the resort which made for long wait times to get luggage to and from the room. Because of our excellent condition of our condo We would definitely staying again.

Lovely place

We loved our stay in HHI for the first time. The condo had everything we needed and great location. The condo could use a good deep clean. They did a good job getting it prepared for us to stay, but you can tell whoever is cleaning the unit is rushing and I could see lots of dust on the furniture and ceiling fan and return air vents. Other then the dust it was a cute little place to stay. I would definitely stay again.

Our son retired for Army. We got together at Hilton Head resorts and a great time on the beach and at the pool. Oh coco's was fun also

Awesome beach condo

We had the best time here. The place was so cute and clean. The owner was helpful, they had lots of board games we enjoyed. It was in a great location. And there was a deli and indoor pool on the resort. The boardwalk to the beach was beautiful and they had a shuttle to take you down. We loved our stay here. 10/10 recommend.

A nice spring stay

The property is located at HH resort. We had never heard of it and boy, is it nice. So much to offer. There’s an outdoor picnic area with grills, beach bar, several pools, and beautiful lakes with gators. It was built in the 80s so you will see signs of age but it’s extremely clean. The shuttle to the beach was amazing. Do bring some dollars to tip them. So many just hopped on and didn’t tip. This is their livelihood. Cocos was excellent. I’d say the home is best suited for 4 people or less. Had a really nice coffee bar area, great view of palms and a pond, immaculate bedding. I truly never felt that icky rental feeling. It was very clean. The decor was spectacular down to the Scout shower curtain. We really appreciated all of the towels and washcloths. So many and there was always a clean towel for someone. A few things to consider: the door needs fixed to the guest room. It doesn’t properly shut/close and I couldn’t get out one night. Def a fire hazard. Oops! Leave a broom out for guests staying extended periods to keep your place tidy. Tv said no internet for most of our stay. Several hooks are needed. There’s nowhere to hang your toiletry bag, robe, purse, swimsuit.. We were also wondering about beach lockers. Great idea to keep the salt out of the house. These in no way ruined our stay. Just some things to make it even greater! Thank you for sharing your beach world with us. We hope to return and would recommend this as a place to stay for anyone reading!

Beach

Too far away from beach for the old folks . The boardwalk made it nice but it was a long haul although the shuttle was very helpful . When you are transporting beach stuff in a wagon the shuttle passes you by .
