Magnifiquement rénové 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, villa au dernier étage à Hilton Head Beach et Tennis Resort!
Tous les nouveaux meubles avec de beaux nouveaux planchers en bois dans toute la villa! Pas de tapis. La chambre principale a un lit queen, une télévision et une salle de bain privée avec comptoirs en granit. La chambre d'hôtes peut accueillir 4 personnes avec deux ensembles de nouveaux lits superposés. Le nouveau canapé-lit a un matelas queen. Parfait pour les grandes familles! Il y a une salle de bain pour l'utilisation de la chambre d'hôtes et le salon. La cuisine a été récemment rénovée et est ouverte sur la salle à manger et le salon. Le balcon s'étend sur toute la longueur de la villa et dispose d'une nouvelle table et de 4 chaises, parfaites pour le café du matin et les levers de soleil! La vue est incroyable de là et l'océan Atlantique est à quelques pas! Les plages de sable blanc sont un endroit idéal pour se détendre toute la journée.

Le complexe dispose également de 2 piscines, de courts de tennis, d'une salle d'entraînement et d'une aire de jeux avec barbecue / aire de pique-nique à la disposition des clients. Idéalement situé au milieu de l'île, ce quartier de Hilton Head est un endroit merveilleux pour tous les vacanciers à la plage!

Awesome place

We will definitely rent this condo again. It was extremely clean. Had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. Loved being on the top floor. And the host, Michael, was super quick on responding to our questions.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The resorts pools were a hit with the kids (3 & 5) and beach was easily accessible by just a short walk. Highly recommend waking up to watch the sunrise from the balcony… simply beautiful!

Great experience

Our stay at this property was fantastic! Easy check in/out, condo was clean and very well stocked (from books and board games to beach chairs, beach toys and an umbrella). Location is great with lots of restaurants and even mini golf nearby. Just a few steps from the private beach access too. This is hands down my favorite place that we’ve stayed in Hilton Head so far.

Family Summer Vacation

We take a yearly trip to Hilton Head and enjoyed our stay! The views of the beach are great and was a quick walk to the beach and main pool. I loved the smaller pool by our building as well! The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the check in process was smooth. Thank you for a lovely condo!

Location location

We are very picky about cleanliness and this unit definitively met our expectations. The property manager was very quick to answer and respond to any of our questions. Close to the beach, pickle-ball courts and the pool. Great vacation!!!

Great location - great vacation!!!

Stayed for a week, and this 2 BR, 2 BA condo was perfect for us. We had a couple of questions for the owner before we went on vacation, and then a couple of questions after arriving. He always answered very quickly. Gave us links and info on activities in the area based on what we like to do - very helpful!!!

Great beach stay

Communication with Michael was easy, check in process was a breeze. The unit is not too far from the beach and there is a nice view from the balcony. Our kids really enjoyed the small pool which was just outside our unit and not as crowded as the big pool. We appreciated that there were beach chairs and sand toys available to use. Thanks for sharing your beach condo with us!

Amazing again!

This is our second time staying here (third trip to HHI), and it was exactly as great (if not better) this time! This place is perfect for our family of 5, even with a few chilly and rainy days we had plenty of room to hang out inside. The view is the best! My favorite thing about staying here is watching the sun rise and set while having my coffee or choice beverage in the evening. :) We can't wait to come back!

Another Amazing Trip

This is our second time in this condo. Could not be more pleased. Updates made and upkeep are exceptional. Access to pool and beach are easy. Morning sunrise view is amazing. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included. Kitchen, beach items (toys and chairs), and games were available and appreciated. Owner was prompt and took care of anything we needed, even the smallest details. For example, the hair dryer didn’t work, and we had a new one within a few hours. Our family had another wonderful week and can’t wait to return and enjoy this lovely condo again.

Holiday break

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this place. The beach is literally right next to the property and our kids loved it. Although it was chilly they still got into that water. There is a park not too far that we walked to as well. I only have two cons the bed is two small for me and my husband he is six feet tall and muscular and well we really didn’t have much space lol also it took forever to figure out the remotes for the tvs and if you like Roku or smart tvs well this isn’t the place and one more thing the Wi-Fi connection kept kicking out of service but other than that we had a great time!!!

Comfortable and Spaciou

Had a very good stay at the HH Beach and Tennis Club and at this unit. It had plenty of room for our family of 4 and the girls loved the bunk beds in the second room. Although the place could use a few touchups it was faily clean and well furnished – good array of kitchen items and it had everything you needed. We did have some issues with the stove/oven, but Michael took care of us to offer us food credits at the resorts (oven had been damaged by the last renter). All in all, it was a great place – close to the beach, large pool which was not too crowded (first wk of June), and the place was pretty quiet at night. Price point seemed pretty good for a 2 bdr. place. We would rent again! Thank you Michael.

Furnishings need to be brought up to the 21st century - they are seriously outdated. Second bedroom is a joke! Way too many bunks for a room so small. A single adult could not use this room.

Nice condo with a beach vie

My wife and I came here with our two kids for a wedding. We had a great time this day was very nice Michael was great to work with. Nice morning sun rise and balcony. We really enjoyed our stay. A few things we would really love to see about the resort especially staying in the fall we were there in October and the pools were all very cold and no hot tub at the resort. Hopefully this is something they will add in the future . During the summer months this would obviously be a lot less of an issue. Because we were staying for a wedding we really didn't get to spend much time around the resort we didn't play tennis so I can't comment much on that.

Perfect Family Vacation

My family of five stayed in this unit for a week at the end of July and the unit was just as advertised. The unit was nicely updated, with plenty of room for my family to relax in-between our time at the pool and the beach. The second bedroom was small and just fit the 2 bunk beds, but my girls (ages 6 & 9) loved hanging out in there and watching DVDs. It was perfect for what we needed. We were able to squeeze a pack n play in the second bedroom for our toddler, but there was definitely more room for that in the master bedroom. The dining room table was great and fit 6 people nicely, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals throughout the week. I enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony and taking in the ocean views. The balcony had a bin that was filled with sand toys, beach buckets, a boogie board, beach chairs and even an umbrella. It was so nice to show up and have all of that available to us. The resort itself was great and we loved all the kid activities they offered throughout the week. Krystal, the property manager, was wonderful and answered the many questions I had before our vacation started. Thank you, Krystal!

We would stay here again. Close proximity to food, bars and walking distance to the beach. Michael the owner was super easy to get in touch with when needed and responded right away. The only negative I have that has nothing to do with his listing but the building itself, the elevator is a bit slot like. Our family was happy with this location.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk and you're ready to set up on the beach for the day! Space was a little tight for a family of 6, but adequate. Dishwasher was not working during our 5 night stay, nor was the wifi/internet, which was very disappointing during a rainy day since none of the tv's could be used. Beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards were nice to have on hand. would recommend based on the 2 items above being fixed.
