We just finished our 2 week stay and it has been hands down one of the best houses we've stayed in on our yearly vacation. The house was very clean, in a nice neighborhood, and came with a starter bundle of various household items. The pool was also clean and a big hit with the entire family. I was also VERY impressed with their cooling system and the fact that the house didn't have any no see-ums hiding ( I'm normally a walking buffet for them and every year I go home with at least 15 bites!! I was even getting bit in my sleep, so not having this issue at this house was a big deal!!)The only suggestion I have is that it would be great to get a dresser in each of the bedrooms like the master bedroom has so guests have the option to store clothes along with hanging them.Communication was great with the host throughout booking and even during our stay. I got automated message reminders about trash days, which were super helpful!We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future!!

We had an overall really nice stay at this home. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the pool was a great bonus—we really enjoyed spending time there. The space had a welcoming feel and worked well for our needs.The only small downside was that the beds and some of the furniture weren’t quite as comfortable as we had hoped, but it didn’t take away too much from the experience.Overall, it was a good stay, and we appreciated our time here.

Great little getaway place!

My friends and I had an amazing few days at this property! The house was spacious, clean, and so cute. The backyard area was awesome with the pool, grill, and lounge area. Would totally recommend this place for any group.

Great dog-friendly clean home with a fantastic pool area.

My family and I are local and we were doing remodeling on our own home during the day and relaxing here with our family in the evenings. Great for kids, our dogs and adults alike :)

Wonderful family getaway.

We loved the central location of the home. We traveled in and out of Clearwater, Dunedin, Madeira & Indian rocks beach. Utilizing Instacart for grocery delivery was seamless as there is a Publix 6 min away. The pool was a hit for our family. We enjoyed the amenities to the fullest.

Great Place to Stay in Seminole

This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and very close to family members we were visiting in Seminole. We enjoyed morning walks on nearby Indian Shores Beach and loved going down to Pass a Grille Beach a few times during our 2 week stay. The communication with property manager was quick and thorough, and check in very convenient. The home is clean and suited our needs perfectly with everything we needed. We loved spending a lot of our time relaxing by the private, refreshing swimming pool. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Very Nice Property, Well Maintained

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The communication was very good and supportive to address questions and maintenance. The pool area was a real plus, we thoroughly enjoyed our time outside and without the usual Florida evening mosquito challenges due to the screened enlosure. Beds were comfy and the games area in the garage was a nice plus. Neighbourhood was very friendly, was there over Halloween which was good fun. Would definitely stay here again and can only recommend.

Beach Vacation

The pictures do not do this place justice! We had the absolute best time. Booked mainly for the pool and spa, which were amazing and covered keeping all the bugs out. But the house itself was so wonderful and feels way bigger inside. Very, very clean. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and an awesome game/movie room in the garage. The owners communication was fast and friendly! We could not have been happier and will definitely book again if ever in the area.

I want to share my experience so others are aware before booking.After our stay, the host actually emailed saying how well we took care of the property and how clean we left everything. However, after I raised concerns about several issues during the stay, they left us a very negative review.Some of the concerns included flashing LED lights in multiple rooms and smoke detectors that were not functioning. A maintenance person was sent to fix the lights while we were out using the pool, which interrupted about two hours of our evening for something that likely could have been addressed after checkout two days later.The property also had an extremely long list of rules, which made it feel like you had to be overly cautious about everything during the stay. In addition, the pool area had noticeable mildew that should probably be addressed.Overall, the property appeared nicer in photos than it did in person. I documented the issues with photos in case anyone would like to see them.Just sharing my experience so future renters can make an informed decision.

After your checkout, we actually sent you a message thanking you for your stay and we left you a 4-star review as a guest. For that reason, we were surprised to later see a 1-star review posted about the property. During your stay, you mentioned a couple of minor maintenance items, including LED lights and a smoke detector. As soon as we were notified, we arranged for maintenance to address them promptly so that your stay would remain comfortable. The work was completed quickly while you were enjoying the pool, so there was no interruption to your plans, and our intention was simply to resolve the issue right away rather than leave it unattended during your stay. Regarding house rules, we include them to help protect the home and ensure a smooth experience for all guests and neighbors. We have never received negative feedback about them before, and they are standard for vacation rentals. Their purpose is simply to make expectations clear, not to create discomfort. We also regularly inspect and maintain the pool area and the property overall, and any concerns brought to our attention are addressed as part of our ongoing upkeep. We care about our guests’ experience and aim to be responsive and helpful. We hope future travelers reading this review can see that we addressed concerns promptly during the stay and that the experience described here does not reflect reality.

Loved about stay here at the Oasis. Pool was amazing. We tried it out morning, afternoon and evening and loved it! Having it screened in made for comfort from lack of bugs. House is great. Wasn’t sure about the layout from photos but it was actually great for our group as the bedrooms are on one end of house and living room on the other meaning early sleepers weren’t kept awake by the night owls. House was stocked with everything we needed. Stores not too far away for those quick trips. Pool toys, beach towels and chairs and even a cooler provided. Communication with the owner was answered quickly. Location was convenient to a number of beautiful beaches in the area. Only 40 min to Busch gardens. Highly recommend this rental. We will definitely book again if we are in the area!
