This slice of heaven boasts a courtyard, stylish entryway with windows galore showering you with natural light. Whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure you’ll be sure to feel right at home in your adorable vintage suite!

The Space:
The Sunshine City Suite is a detached space, completely separate from the adjacent main home, with its own entrance from the street, immediately inviting you to the private courtyard with an outdoor dining area.

Once ascending a flight of stairs, you will enter into a stylish entryway with uniquely patterned period hex tile, lined by a row of windows providing you with an abundance of natural light. A nook located at the end of the entryway makes for a comfortable and convenient place to plan all your adventures.

Immediately off the entryway is a small kitchen complete with essential needs such as, microwave, electric stove, oven, full sized fridge, cookware and dishes. The kitchen also features a small coffee station and bar style seating for two at the butcher block kitchen island.

Unwind from your day on the cozy couch, watching your favorite show on the 40" Smart TV, complete with a Roku stick with a special guest feature, allowing you to immediately access right where you left off on your own personal platforms such as Netflix, Hulu and Prime. The guest feature automatically logs you out of all your platforms on the day of your departure.

Relish a restful night's sleep on the queen sized memory foam mattress located in the bedroom. The bedroom also has black out curtains, and a full length mirror, to aid in looking fabulous before you head out. Additional guests can sleep soundly on the couch, which pulls out into a bed, perfect for two adults.

The bathroom features a refinished, sparkling, genuine claw foot tub circa 1924 where you can soak, or enjoy a hot shower. In the bathroom you will find items one could expect to have at home, such as as a hair dryer, cotton swabs, q tips, shampoo and conditioner as well as body wash.

Around the suite you will note photographs of old St Pete dating back to the 20's and 30's. Some of these photos are obtained from a precious photo album, left behind by the family who resided on the property at that time, featuring original photos of the suite.

Guest Access:
The entire courtyard is yours to enjoy along with the suite. The suite is completely detached from the adjacent home.

The Neighborhood:
You will be staying in a quiet, family friendly, historic neighborhood featuring brick roads, lined by oak trees. One of St Pete’s most sought after neighborhoods. The neighborhood is less than 10 minutes from downtown St Pete where you can explore like a local, enjoying the strikingly gorgeous St Pete Pier, numerous breweries, delicious local eateries, and majestic, towering Banyan trees located along Beach Drive. The suite is also conveniently located minutes from I-275, allowing seamless access to beautiful beaches and St Pete Clearwater Airport, as well as Tampa International Airport. Beaches and airports are just 20 minutes from the suite!

Getting Around:
The neighborhood is less than 10 minutes from downtown St Pete making it easy to access by bicycle, scooter or Uber. There is ample street parking which is free.

This suite is located up a flight of stairs and is not ideal for those with mobility limitations.

This suite is a 1920s structure. While it is newly and fully renovated, should the suite flex her 100 year old character, please immediately notify the hosts, so they can ensure you have a perfect stay.

For longer term stays (21 days or more), your stay will come with a complimentary cleaning every two weeks!
