Wave from it all

Check in was seamless. Owner was very responsive to our needs. Very clean and well stocked. Small things like having toilet paper and coffee pods also helped. Nice location and view of the beach. Short walk to the left to access beach.

Fabulous Accommodation!

Jamie's place was amazing! The location was perfect, the place comfortable and clean, communication was easy with quick response. Having the beach chairs and wagon was an added bonus, and the pool was lovely. Overall, this was a wonderful stay for our group!!

Incredible stay!

Our family enjoyed our perfect week at A Wave From it All! The condo has all the comforts of home with an amazing view of the ocean! The beach is super wide with plenty of room for family games, fishing and reading. We also enjoyed the pool area to cool off with a nice frozen 🍹. The only bad part about the stay is we all had to leave this little piece of paradise! Definitely returning!

Quick get away

Made last minute plans for a few days at the beach. This unit will not disappoint. We’d like to stay again. It was clean and arrival and departure instructions were great!!

Had a wonderful time even though it was a last minute short visit.

The property is newly renovated I believe and beautifully decorated. Perfect spot ! Ocean front, comfy beds, beautiful views, quick drive to the grocery store, children’s play park, ice cream shop, and putt putt 😀. Condo has everything you need. Only downside is the walls are thin and we could hear the neighbors kids running around . Will definitely go back !

Book It!!

The condo is exactly as pictured. The host, Jaime, was responsive to all messages sent. Our family of four loved the ease of access to the beach and comfort the condo provided. Loved the fact that the necessities were provided, along with a few extra surprises (Rubbermaid containers for leftovers, foil, baggies). Although, there are no spices/salt/pepper in the condo, so make sure to bring or pick-up some. We had two minor hiccups, which by no means was the fault of Jaime's. The cleaning crew was running behind and pushed our check-in time past 4:00 and the primary bedroom fan/light remote wasn't synced to the fan/light. Jaime offered to rectify both quickly. If/when we return to OIB, we would definitely book this condo again!

Excellent Condo

We have stayed in many condos on Ocean Isle but this one was the best! The condo was tastefully decorated. It had many extras including a coffee bar, margarita machine etc. They also had a fully stocked storage unit with chairs, wagon, grill and more. We will use this unit again next time. Thanks Jamie for a wonderful week at you unit.

Exceptional property!

This was our first time visiting OIB, and we had the best time! The property was just steps to the beach with a perfect view of the ocean. The host was very easy to communicate with and even provided a guidebook, which was very helpful since we were new to the area. This was definitely the most well-equipped property we've ever stayed at- Jaime thought of everything! Highly recommend!

We loved this place!

Our stay at here was divine! You cannot beat this spot. Best condo location on OIB!!! Beachfront just steps from your door not to mention the view you have when you step out your door! This is some of the widest beach on the island and a short walk east and you’re at the very end of the island and have an amazing view of the sunrise. The pool is very clean and a good size. Felt like we had it to ourselves most of the time. The condo is beautifully appointed and sleeps six very comfortably. Kitchen has all you need. Jamie was great and super responsive. Check in very easy. We will be back! You should plan a visit too!

Ideal setting

I’d never been to Ocean Isle before but my friend had and recommended we head there for a week’s getaway to the beach. I got on line to find a spot for two ‘mature’ women ( mid 60’s and 70’s)— a convenient place, steps from the beach, a good location as far as dining and stores are concerned, and a place for two… not something huge for a group of 16 plus. A Wave From It All— was just the spot! It’s a condo located in a small cluster of units - only 2 stories with about 24 2 bedroom units. The condo had two bedrooms and bathrooms, a nice kitchen and a great sitting are with a large TV( the bedrooms also each had their own tv). Linens, towels and toilet paper and kitchen supplies were all included. China, child friendly plates and cups, glasses, wine glasses as well as a complete margarita station and coffee station were all delightfully waiting. There is a stacked washer/dryer as there is a limited number of towels— (4 total) There were two laundry pods as well as dishwasher pods as well as a roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper so if you’re staying for a week or longer, bring extra or head to the nearby Publix or Lowe’s grocery to stick up. The AC was great. There is one walk-in shower and another tub/ shower combo. The community pool is located at the bottom of our unit’s stairs and the beach access is an easy short walk from the unit. The beach access has only stairs so be advised if pulling a wagon or needing handicap access.

Loved our very clean & comfortable condo rental & its beach decor “Awave from it all”! It has 2 high Adirondack chairs on either side of the front door overlooking the downstairs outdoor pool w/a magnificent beach view….amazing sunsets! We are three adult sisters who shared this 2 BA 2BR, entry immediately is the TV area w/2 love sofas, chair, coffee table. Straight ahead is dining then kitchen. This unit provided everything we needed w/a lovely coffee bar which uses Keurig capsules & fresh brew. Also, there’s a stacking WA/DR in the unit if needed. The owner Jamie was super easy to reach & you can tell she’s very caring & put a lot of thought for her visitor’s comfort. Thx do much Jamie!

Nice little spot close to the North end of Ocean Isle beach. The unit had all the things we needed for the week and it was nice to see the little things already there (TP/Paper towels etc) for the arrival day and didn't require us to go out into the rush of everyone arriving for the day.We had some mechanical issues upon arrival and Jamie kept us informed and had a technician out the next day to work on it. Thanks again!

This oceanfront property is amazing!! Everything about this place is absolute perfection…from the location to the accommodations!! The host was very thoughtful and great to communicate with!! Awesome stay

We stayed here the week of July 4th for 7 days. One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed on Ocean Isle. And we have been coming to Ocean Isle for many years and have stayed in many homes and condos.Upon arrival the owner/ host had left us a personal note and beautiful box of sugar cookies from a local bakery. Loved the special touch. The kitchen was very well stocked and had most everything you would need. The beds were comfy. The beach was slightly crowded considering it was the Fourth of July. We would definitely return again.
