Wake up and feel the ocean breeze as you enjoy breakfast sitting on the patio of your oceanfront condo. You have a relaxing den with a flat-screen TV and wet bar. Nice full kitchen to prepare great meals and enjoy friends and family. Master bedroom with a queen-sized bed. One full bathroom. Bunk bed nook sleeps 2. Pull-out couch sleeps 2. Only a few short steps to the beach. Your relaxing vacation awaits!

We provide sheets and towels including -
* one set of Queen size sheets and pillowcases for the bedroom and
* one set of Full size sheets and pillowcases for the pull-out couch
* two sets of Twin size sheets and pillowcases for the bunk beds
* six sets of towels

Please bring the following-
* toiletries, toilet paper, hand soap, and laundry detergent
* for the kitchen: paper towels and dish soap. We provide dishwasher detergent tablets
* small trash can liners and large trash bags for kitchen trash

The location is great — on the beach and an easy walk to several good restaurants. The unit is well equipped. The quality of furnishings is satisfactory.

Second time we've stayed at Robert and Mehak's place. Hopefully it won't be the last! I thought the condo was already great, but they continue to update and improve it!

Great property

Our family of 5, kids age 8,7 and 3, loved this property. We loved the closeness to the beach as well as walking distance for activities, eating and souvenir shopping. We went in October and nothing was crowded. We had a great stay and our kids loved the beach, waves and sand!

Great Stay

This condo was great to stay at, the condo was clean, accurate according to listing, and great communication with the owner. The beach equipment in the storage building was a great plus, because we didn't have much beach gear. Highly recommend this condo!

The property was as described. The view from Condo was great. Rob was very quick to answer any questions and to provide check in info well before arrival date. When planning another trip to Ocean Isle, I would definitely stay here.

Great Anniversary Weekend

The perfect get away for my wife and I to get away fro a weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Great location. easy Beach access. Pool was great. So nice to sit on the deck and have a drink and watch the ocean.

Best vacation yet

I just want to say how pleased we was with everything. The condo had plenty of room and was very clean. The bed was so comfy and views were amazing. The owner was very detailed with check in/check out and super accommodating. The location is fantastic, walking distance to the pier, restaurants, putt putt and shopping. Already waiting to book for next year. 10/10

Great Couple's getaway

My wife and I enjoyed our stay a great deal. The place was very clean, tastely decorated and at a great location in Ocean Isle Beach. Steps away from the beach and the OIB peer where we enjoyed the most spectacular moon rise we have seen in a while. Wine evenings sitting in the balcony enjoying the beach/ocean view was a fun way to end our evenings. The hosts where extremely attentive and responsive during our stay. I am bookmarking this place and plan to return in the future.

Property was just as described. Easy in and out. Great location. But we were informed to bring toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Other properties we have stayed at have provided these.

Perfect oceanfront view

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was just as described. The decor and the artwork were beautifully coordinated and fit the beach theme with a modern twist. It was perfect for the 2 of us, but would have accommodated 2 children comfortably as well. Kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed to cook meals to eat on the deck by the ocean. Hosts were quick to answer any questions we had.

July 4th at the beach

What a great week! The condo was better than advertised! Grandson and I watched sunrise on the beach 3 days in a row! Best part of week was fireworks show from the Ocean Isle pier Thursday night. Condo was located in first building closest to pier! We had the best location to view fireworks. Able to see entire show from condo patio. Did not have to go to crowded beach. When show was over, we were already home!!! Great week!

We had a great stay ! Good weather and good company . The only negative which was minor was the shower. The water was trickling out and took a long time to take a shower. The water pressure everywhere else was fine. But the shower wasn’t great. We will come back just wanted you to know Tom

2023 Family Vacation

Between myself and my family, I have been to Ocean Isle many times. The location itself is quiet and amazing. The hosts at this location made it even better. The condo was comfortable and clean. They provided plenty of kitchen utensils and seats for the beach. What I liked the most was how much they seemed to care about our stay. Through multiple messages they made sure we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to reach out if anything was wrong. Ocean Isle is an amazing family destination, but would definitely recommend these hosts and this unit.

Perfect stay on Ocean Isle

We had a great stay in this unit, located right by the pier on Ocean Isle. Everything was perfect. The unit was very clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, glasses, dishes, and silverware, as well as salt, pepper and spices. Contrary to some inaccurate reviews, linens are provided, including several sets of towels that included bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, sponges and kitchen towels were also provided. The wet bar with a full set of bartending supplies was a nice touch. The storage closet on the lower level had good chairs, beach umbrellas, and floats. The location is the best on the island, and close to shops, restaurants, and the park. We definitely plan to return here in the future, and this condo is highly recommended!
