This completely renovated (2024) oceanfront condo is an ideal option for your vacation rentals, with a minimum stay requirement of just 2 nights.

Included in renovation: NEW kitchen, kitchen island, pantry, cabinetry, quartz countertops, bathrooms, step in shower, all flooring, paint, fixtures, interior doors, HVAC, smooth ceilings, bedding, mattresses, and lighting.

The condo sleeps 8, with a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and 2 sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom.

C2 Shinning Sea was exactly as shown. Very clean, updated with excellent accommodations and amenities. Beach view was perfect on the balcony. Location was close to pier and restaurants . We will stay here again.

Our hosts were wonderful. They did a great job of communicating with us before check in and were very responsive. The condo was very nice, clean, cozy and at a great location. This was our third visit and we've enjoyed it more each time. Very convenient location, beautiful beach just far enough away from the pier so it's never crowded. Beach access and pool are just a few steps away. Matthew and Susan keep everything inside newly updated and spotless. The layout is perfect for a large family. The kitchen is well equipped for meal prep. The bedrooms are comfy, the master even has access to the balcony overlooking the dunes. The 'kids' room includes bunk-bed space for 4.

The sunrise view was amazing! We loved staying here and had a great time. The house is beautiful and functioned great for our family. It was clean and we had a seamless check-in and check-out.

The location was prefect. Many walks down to the pier area for ice cream, park was great for the kids. Not a lot of comfortable places to sit inside the condo, we had a very good weather week so we’re outside everyday. A second tv would be nice for adult/child viewing. The kitchen was fully stocked and we appreciated the all the extras. The pool and walk over to the beach were amazing.

We loved our time at C-2 Shining Sea! Will definitely return. The owners have truly thought of everything that makes someone feel at home. It was one of the best equipped properties that we have rented. The balcony view is stunning, and the unit has been beautifully renovated. The beds were so comfortable. Even the bunkroom beds were thick, full-sized twin mattresses, which could be easily accessed by adults. No ladders blocked the bottom bunks, which is rare. We cooked local seafood often and had everything we needed. The split bedroom layout was so nice for privacy with the two full baths side by side between the bedrooms. There is a locked storage closet downstairs full of beach gear next to the stairs to the unit, which were wide and had handrails on both sides. The pool was very refreshing and shared by only 12 units. The short walk to the beach was easy via the boardwalk right out front. Thank you for a great week at your wonderful beach home!

Great stay

Our stay at the condo was great! The check in process was very easy and everything was very clean. They had so many amenities and extras for use which made it easy to stay in and cook. Owners were very nice and quick to respond to all questions and concerns.

The hosts were wonderful! Great communication and easy to connect to. The condo was perfect. Comfortable beds, great decor, everything you need for a at home feel was provided. The best part by far, the view. It’s the most perfect view of the ocean with comfortable seating to have a cup of coffee or breakfast while watching the sunrise.

The condo is beautifully updated and was perfect for our family. The view of the beach was fantastic and the location on the island was perfect for our other family members in houses near by. If you’re thinking about spending your vacation here, you shouldn't wait and book it!

It was a beautiful condo with lots of space. The view was excellent and the communication with the host was amazing. We had zero issues and had an absolutely amazing time.
