NOUVEAUX MEUBLES DE CHAMBRE DE MAÎTRE 2019. NOUVEAUX ASCENSEURS COMPLEXES. Deux chambres à coucher deux salles de bain condominium face à l'océan. Situé directement sur la plage et le front de mer dans un complexe fermé à l'extrémité ouest exclusive de l'île - Ocean Point. Magnifique vue panoramique sur l'océan et l'île.

ASCENSEUR. 2 piscines extérieures privées face à l'océan, 1 pataugeoire, 1 piscine intérieure chauffée et un bain à remous. Ce complexe est situé près de la fin de l'île où vous avez l'océan en face et la voie navigable intra-côtière à l'arrière. A Internet sans fil à large bande. Laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur.

Cette unité est parfaite pour ceux qui veulent découvrir des vues spectaculaires sur les environs, de larges plages de sable fin peu peuplées, un soleil chaud et des promenades au bout de l'île pour pêcher, chasser des coquillages ou simplement voir et profiter du calme de la nature. Le matériel de plage (chaises, etc.) peut être laissé dans des poubelles au début de la promenade.

OIB vacation stay

We loved our stay at OIB. The accommodations were great. We loved having easy access to the beach, as well as a pool. It was perfect for our needs.

Excellent, but bring towels, linens, and ice.

This is a beautiful condo in a high rise with two balconies where you can watch lines of pelicans glide right by you. The condo is at the remote end of Ocean Isle so the beach is not crowded at all. My only gripe is that the host did not tell us until the day before we traveled that we either had to bring our own towels and linens or pay extra for a service. Also there was no ice in the freezer, so we had to go back out to get some. Still, knowing all of this I would definitely rent again,.

Ladies long weekend

Myself and companions were more than pleased with our accommodations. They were spacious, well appointed, and the kitchen was updated in every way. We especially enjoyed the 8th floor balcony where we watched dolphins all weekend, and were eye level with the pelicans. Would definitely book again!

Visiting extended family

We went to visit family that just moved to the area. Condo had a beautiful view of the beach. It was very nice and very quiet area. Will definitely stay their when we visit the area again.

Perfect ocean isle spot

Huge, clean condo with everything we needed. All communications were flawless. Safe. Beach and pools were clean. Close to everything we need in ocean isle but felt secluded. Our second year here and we will be back.

The condo was very nice, well maintained and in a great building. We love the location and was particularly impressed at how well stocked the kitchen was. Everything you need was there.

New favorite condo at oib

It was perfect. Was a little concerned at first because we’re used to staying close to the circle where things are walkable but quickly realized it was really nice and quiet with a gorgeous beach. So that made up for losing the convenience. Someone could easily live there full time. Thanks for making it so comfortable.

Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach

We had a great time at this condo. It is right on the beach, and the views are gorgeous. There a 2 balconies, one off of the living room and one off the master bedroom, and they are a lovely place to watch the ocean, and especially the pelicans. The condo is modern, clean, and spacious, and even has a full washer and dryer. Ocean Isle is a pretty sleepy town, but there is a nice Lowes grocery store nearby, as well as restaurants and coffee shops. The owner is responsive and helpful.

Roomy, clean and well appointed.

Very nice well abobe average rental. I hope I have the opportunity to return sometime in the future. However, this is the first rental at which I have stayed for many years that did not include the linens. Not a problem in that I have both queen and double bed sheets that I could take and was driving to Ocean Isle Beach.

Disappointed

We chose this condo because of the close proximity to the house that my extended family was staying in at Ocean Isle. Also, because of the reviews I had read online. When we arrived, the first thing I noticed was that the carpet was beyond filthy with stains everywhere in each room. When I started to put linens on the beds in the double bedroom, the first things I noticed was a 24 X 24 inch pee stain on the mattress pad. I fail to under why the cleaning crew did not notice it when they made up the beds when the last renters left. I sat down in a chair on the balcony and about fell over because the leg was broken and made to look normal. The other balcony had cheap plastic chairs that were dirty. I called the owner and mentioned my disappointment and was told that I was the first person to complain in the past 10 years except me. Do cleaning crews not know how to properly clean a bathroom? The baseboards and corners were nasty with dirt. I owned several rental condo's at North Myrtle Beach up until 8 years ago. As an owner I made sure they were immaculate when my first summer renters arrived and they stayed that way. It is my opinion that this condo is in bad need of an update and thorough cleaning. When I pay to rent a vacation home, I expect it to be pleasant experience and this was not. Had the carpets and mattress pad been clean I would have probably cleaned the bathroom floors myself. We opted to leave a day early.

Great place in a wonderful location

We loved the oceanfront view and enjoyed walking the short distance to the end of OIB, where the waterway meets the ocean. Very clean property with all the amenities we needed. It was a great Thanksgiving beach trip!

Birthday weekend for wife.

We had a super time in this condo. It was my wife's birthday (breast cancer survivor this year), and my sister was dobe with two of three chemotherapy treatments for her cancer. The condo was spacious and inviting. Close enough to businesses and restaurants, but far enough to be out of the traffic. I highly recommend this condo.
