Our nautical-inspired cottage accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 comfortable queen-size beds and a queen-size pullout sofa-bed, along with a beautifully tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower, complete with towels and all the toiletries you need throughout your stay. The unit includes a dining area and an equipped full-size kitchen with quartz countertops, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all the necessary cooking and dining utensils, so it's perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals.

Please note that all reservations must be secured by a deposit equal to 40% of the total cost of the booking. This will be charged when you made your reservation. The full remaining balance of 60% will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. If your reservation was made within 30-days, the payment will still be divided and you will see two separate charges on you credit card statement.
HOUSE RULES:
*QUIET HOURS.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM. Quiet hours consist of no swimming, no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents and other guests.
*OCCUPANTS.
The total number of individuals shall not exceed the maximum capacity permitted. Maximum occupancy is listed on the description for each unit or room. The guest may not entertain any visiting guests at Blue Waters property. Please note that NON-REGISTERED GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 21 years of age. We do not allow persons under 21 to occupy an accommodation unless accompanied by someone over 21 years of age.
Weddings, family reunions, and special events requiring multiple unit reservations may subject to Booking & Event Fee. For use of the courtyard for events and wedding receptions, the entire property must be reserved.
*PARKING.
Parking is very limited on the property; all units have a free designated parking area. Parking pass will be left inside the unit and must be left in cars at all times.
For the units (#1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #8 and #9): There is ONLY SPACE for ONE CAR per unit.
For the units (#6, #7, #10, #11, #12 and #14): There is ONLY SPACE for TWO CARS per unit.
If extra parking is needed, depending on availability we can provide extra parking pass for an extra fee. Please contact if needed. There is also a public parking is available across the street.
Parking pass MUST be returned upon checkout. Failure to return parking pass upon checkout will result in a $75 replacement fee.
*CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT.
At Blue Waters Treasure Island, we have contactless self-check-in process.
Check-in starts at 4:00pm unless a prior arrangement has been made. Early check-in could be arranged with an additional fee of: U$27 for check-in at 3pm / U$58 for check-in at 2pm
*Early check-in may be subject to availably.
Check-out is 10:00am. A late check out fee of $58 will be automatically charged after 10:15am unless a prior arrangement has been made. Late checkout can be arranged with an additional fee of: U$27 for checkout at 11am / U$58 for checkout at 12pm. Checkout after 12pm will result in an additional day.
*Late checkout may be subject to availability.
Early check-in and late checkout can be added on the Guest Portal link provided after reservation is created and confirmed.
*SMOKING.
Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Blue Waters is a SMOKE-FREE property. Smoking in the room will result in a $350 cleaning fee applied to your credit card. Smoking in common area will also result $350 penalty fee applied to your credit card. To accommodate the needs of guests who smoke, we offer one DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA that is located in the parking lot. We also have removed all ashtrays throughout our property and have replaced them with cigarette receptacles in the designated smoking area. No smoking around the pool area as well as front/porch of units. For more information or questions regarding this manner please feel free contact us. Thank you in advance for respecting this rule.
*PETS.
We do allow pets in selected units: If you are traveling with your furry friend and will be staying in one of our pet friendly units, please inform prior to arrival. Pets are allowed in selected units with a non-refundable fee of $125.00/per stay for one pet and $100.00/per stay for an additional pet (maximum of 2 pets allowed). If Guest are found with pets on a unit that is not pet friendly, with uninformed, unauthorized or more than 2 a penalty fee of $350.00 per pet will be applied.

*TOWEL, LINENS & SUPPLIES.
Each unit is provided with clean towels enough for the maximum occupancy that is listed on the reservation description for each unit or room. For reservations over 7 days, guests can request towel exchange upon request.
We also provide a starting supply kit of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towel, trash bag, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and dish detergent. Additional supply must be purchased by guests.
*RENTAL ITEMS, BEACH CHAIRS & UMBRELLAS.
We offer Tommy Bahama beach items for rental to use during your whole stay.
$12 each beach chair/beach umbrella
$30 for 2 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella
*For long term stays, rental must be renewed every 28 days.
*HOUSEKEEPING.
All rooms are thoroughly professionally cleaned and disinfected after upon the termination of each reservation. All linens and towels provided are changed. We do not provide daily housekeeping but we do offer Mid-Stay cleaning services during guests stay upon request for an additional fee:
It is required to have at least one mid-stay cleaning service for bookings over 28 days/every 28 days.

Lockout, lost or stolen room keys result in a $100 replacement/lockout fee.
