The condo was perfect. Absolutely beautiful! Within walking distance to everything. The pool is so fun and nice to have for the kids. We had a great time. Highly recommend this condo. The owners were super responsive and helpful!

Great condo, great location and wonderful owners.

The place is beautiful and was perfect size. The location was ideal for teenagers and for accessing the beach and restaurants and stores. The owners were incredibly responsive and took care of any issues immediately. If we go back to Panama Beach this is the place I would stay at for sure!! We loved it!!

Excellent Location

We really enjoyed everything at the property. We had a family gathering and the property had all the Amenities we needed. Loved the view from the balcony and pier park is just steps away. Paul was excellent too in making sure everything was in order. We definitely will come again

Great Place to Stay!

We went to PCB for a family wedding. The condo at Calypso III was great. Everything was clean. The rooms were just as pictured. Paul was so helpful. Every time I needed something he was quick to reply and help us. Would definitely stay here again when in PCB!

Great Condo & Host

We enjoyed our stay at Calypso once again. This is basically the only place we stay when we visit PCB. Love the close proximity and walking distance to Pier Park! Paul was always very responsive & helpful. Nicely decorated condo. The kitchen was well stocked with pans/dishes, etc we needed during our stay. The beds were comfy. We would definitely book with Paul again!

Family Vacay

The unit at the Calypso Tower III was extremely nice everything was just as described. We were very close to Pier Park so we did not have to drive, but could walk there! Paul was amazing. We had a little problem with the cable and he went above and beyond to get it corrected. I would definitely recommend this unit or any unit that Paul Wood owns or manages. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and unit

This unit was better than the listing. The size, the location and the price was amazing. Every bedroom had a king size bed and tv along with being wonderfully decorated. The view was as perfect as it gets being across the street. The elevators were fast. The gift shop and cafe were very convenient. The pool was very nice and not overcrowded. Pier is right next door so there was never any reason to leave in our car unless we ventured out further! The unit owners are great and very very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Summer vacation 2023

The condo was beautiful and decorated beautifully. You had nearly everything you needed. We were so close to Pier Park that we could walk there from the condo. The traffic is bumper to bumper. The only thing I didn't like was the noisy traffic when you sat out on the balcony and also the noise from the pool especially in the evenings people would rev up their engines and you couldn't hear yourself talk. All in all we had a great time there together.

Donnie thanks so much for the review, living here I have experienced the same however most times of the year there is very little road noise. There are significant investments being made in many ways, one being the Front Beach Road project that will upgrade the immediate area Calypso is located in a major way that will also influence changes that should assist with the noise concerns. With the beaches and Pier Park being such major attractions, there will be traffic unfortunately, but I do see it improving. The benefits of this location include a very wide-open beach that includes the area surrounding the Pier, ability to walk to nearly everything needed to include shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and walking trails/parks that include Aaron Bessant park, the regular live and free live concerts/events, and much, much more. With all of this, unfortunately there will be traffic. We do hope you visit again soon!

Highly recommend!

We arrived to PCB earlier than expected and the property owners were so kind and put us at the top of the cleaning list to try to get us in sooner. We got in 4 hours early thanks to their help and compassion, since they knew we drove all night. The condo was beautiful! Kitchen had all the dishes, pans, etc that is needed. They were very good about letting us know what entertainment Calypso had going on. The beds were all comfortable. The rooms were spread out, giving everyone their privacy. The balcony was amazing. It overlooks the pool, live music three nights, the main strip as well as a beautiful view of the ocean. A little secret we didn’t find until mid week was the corn hole with the awesome lounge beds and fire-pit. I will definitely recommend this condo to our family and friends!
