The location of the property was great and the condo was decorated very cute! My only complaint was the toilet water in the master bathroom was hot and you could feel the steam everytime you sat down.

Beautiful condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is decorated beautifully and was very clean. The second floor location so close to the pool surprised us as I didn't notice it in the listing, but the location not far from the stairs made it very convenient. During the busy season, the elevator wait can be long, so we just walked down the stairs and were right at the entrance to the pool/ beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. The proximity to Pier Park was great for shopping and dining. We will definitely look for this unit the next time we go to PCB.

Wonderful stay

Very nice room with a convenient location. Owner was very responsive! My only complaint would be with calypso itself. Staff wasn't very friendly and every single day we were there, the pool closed at the exact same time due to "lightening". They were very rude when making you leave the pool. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay and i would stay in this room again!

This condo is updated and clean. We had a great family vacation and the host was very gracious. I would highly recommend this unit. The only complaint I have is the lack of cleanliness of the pool area. There were bugs constantly in the pool and they failed to clean properly each morning. There actually was a handful of us that took turns throughout the day getting the net and cleaning the pool.

Clean and fun

Property was probably one of the if not the cleanest I’ve been to. Beds are very comfy and we had all the amenities. There was no grill on the property so that was a set back for meal preps but not a total loss. We just enjoyed seafood the whole time lol. Security at the property was a bit much and not what we was accustomed to. But atleast we was safe lol.

Had the BEST time!

We went down to PCB for fall break. The owners were great to work with, the views are amazing and the condo was just perfect for us! It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It's the perfect place to stay! We hope to make this an annual trip and will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful Condo!

Great location...close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The view from the balcony was wonderful! A great vacation as had by our family of 6!

Wonderful Experience!

I stayed in this unit this past weekend and it was absolutely wonderful. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning having my coffee and looking at the ocean. The location and the condo were both excellent. I will come again next year!

Last minute getaway

We literally booked this 2 days before arrival. Everything went smoothly. Very easy to check in considering you just go straight to the room. The unit was just as expected and described. Plenty of beach toys/supplies which was a plus. The location is amazing...walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend!

OH MY GOODNESS what an awesome property

this condo is amazing. Rick let us stay in this condo the week he bought this. Mitch was so easy to deal with and everyone was so polite, nice and friendly. The condo looks BRAND NEW, they really keep this in perfect condition. the views are awesome. You are high enough up to get a great view, but low enough to be able to see the sand and surf rolling in. We never used the elevator the entire time there, just like having our own beach house. Best unit we have ever stayed at in Calypso...by far! Thanks for an amazing trip.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous view

My family and I stayed in this lovely condo June 30- July 7, 2018 and experienced no issues during our stay and the condo was clean and just as pictured in the listing. The beds were very comfortable and there was extra blankets available if needed which was nice. We had 8 people which consisted of 6 females so if I had any complaint at all I would say there needed to be bath towels to accommodate the amount of guests to condo sleeps and maybe some extra like with the bedding. The washer and dryer came in very handy and used daily. Chair and umbrella rental was also provided for the week! That's not something a lot of other condos offered. Pier Park is within walking distance and offers great shops and restaurants. Fishing from the pier was great and we got to see several different sea animals at a safe distance. Walking the pier was just $3 and fishing the pier was $7 plus $12 for the fishing pole rental. This was our 1st trip to PCB and we are already looking forward to coming back next year!

Not what it appears!

Arrived on Saturday to water in the floor. My three year old grandson slipped and busted his mouth, now has a loose tooth. We cleaned up water for three days and then the tile in the hall way busted. They came in and cut the tile trying to save the pieces so because the tile had been discontinued. We then had to deal with the dust on everything and rugs in the floor to cover the uneven part where the tile was removed. The condo had food particles in the silverware drawer, dirty oven and the dishes in the cabinet were dirty with dried food. When I searched for the grandson's toys under the sofa, it looked like it hadn't been swept under for months and under the beds were the same. My 8 year old granddaughter also found an old open bag of doritos under the bunk bed. I was very disappointed with this property! Stayed there May 26 - June 3, 2018.
