For Sundance Film Festival: There is a 5 night minimum from Jan 20-25 (*may* need to do a 9:30 a.m. check out) and Jan 25-31. If you want to rent across these two date blocks (i.e. Jan 21-28, Jan 22-29, etc.) there is a 7 night minimum.

This 5 bedroom, 4 bath beautiful home sits on one of the two large bluffs in north-central Boulder, in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods, offering unobstructed views of the foothills mountains.

With two primary king bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, two queen bedrooms and the 5th convertible office with king sleeper sofa, this house has plenty of room to accommodate your family and friends. Bathroom 1: 2nd floor ensuite to primary king bedroom. Separate toilet room, separate walk in curbed shower, jetted tub.
Bathroom 2: 2nd floor shared by the two queen bedrooms. Tub/shower combination, single vanity.
Bathroom 3: Main level & ensuite to 2nd primary king bedroom & serves as powder room (entry from bedroom through pocket doors and entrance from hallway)
Bathroom 4: Basement level - not ensuite to 5th bedroom.
