Perfect for families or groups, this spacious retreat offers the ideal blend of comfort, style, and convenienceâall just a short drive from downtown Boulderâs shops, dining, and cultural attractions.
The main level features an open-concept layout designed to maximize natural light and panoramic mountain views. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen. There is direct access to an outdoor dining space with a BBQ, a cozy sitting area with a fire table, and a beautifully landscaped garden. The primary bedroom is also located on this level and includes a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and comfort.
Upstairs, youâll find two comfortable bedrooms that share a bathroom. Just one level above, an open areaâideal for yoga, meditation, or stretchingâleads to a private balcony, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or sunset views. The lower level offers a relaxed family room, a full bathroom, and a laundry area. One more level down, a private suite features its own living area with a pull-out sofa and a fifth bedroomâideal for multi-generational stays or added privacy.
