Stunning, newly rehabbed Farmhouse-style home just steps away from Boulder's iconic Pearl Street Mall, restaurants, bars, shopping and hiking trails. We have consciously created this 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom gem as a place where guests can feel at home and enjoy the very best of Boulder- and with that intention as our driving force we have left no detail unattended to.
Large, open floor plan with tons of natural light. Here are some of the many features of our property:
*Kitchen: Spacious and modern with silestone counters, Kraftmaid cabinetry, professional series Frigidaire appliances, Includes dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee machine, Cuisinart toaster oven, Vitamix blender, Instapot, Breville electric tea kettle and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.
*Living room: Plush sectional with premium queen sleeper, 50' smart tv with hulu, netflix, amazon etc, electric fireplace, a cozy game nook stocked with a wide selection of board and card games and a bookshelf stocked with books you can read during your stay.
*Master Bedroom and Bath: King bed with organic, GOTS-certified mattress and bedding, 42' smart tv with hulu, netflix, amazon etc, electric fireplace, extra large free-standing soaking tub, standing shower, double vanity, towel warmer, and organic shampoos and lotions.
*Bedroom #2: Queen bed with organic, GOTS-certified mattress and bedding, work station including desk and wireless printer, and in-suite jack-and-jill bathroom access.
*Bedroom #3: Queen bed with organic, GOTS-certified mattress and bedding and in-suite jack-and-jill bathroom access.
*Throughout: hardwood flooring, modern finishes and cozy, modern, farmhouse-style furnishings, child-proofing and lots, lots of plants (because plants make us feel happy and alive and we hope that they will make you feel happy and alive too). We also care deeply about our health, your health and the health of our planet and therefore we are allergy friendly and use chemical-free cleaning products, low/No VOC paint and furnishings, and an ERV/HRV Energy Ventilation Recovery for 24 hour HEPA filtered fresh air. We are also a net-zero ready home and a no natural gas electric home.
