The house sits less than a mile walk to the CU campus and the pedestrian Pearl St. Mall, and 2 blocks from Chautauqua Park with endless hiking trails, concerts, and dining.

Enjoy plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Barbecue in the fenced backyard with lush gardens, a gas fire pit, hammock, fountain, and bocce court. Cook up meals in the gourmet and well stocked kitchen. Relax in the deep soaking bathtub and in three bedrooms, each with comfortable queen sized beds and high end bedding. New queen sized pull out couch in the family room. Plenty of amenities (high speed wifi, Sonos bluetooth speakers, smart tvs with Netflix, etc) provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Smart lock with key code provided for easy guest entry.
