The pool also features an attached, spill-over pool spa and a pool basketball hoop. Prepare delicious grilled treats in the built-in gas grill that you can later enjoy at the outdoor dining area on the covered patio. When the sun sets, gather around the firepit to roast s'mores and tell hilarious or scary stories.

Inside, the fully-equipped kitchen is the perfect place to whip up a meal for the family. It's complete with all the essentials to prepare delicious treats, snacks on the go, and full-course meals for everyone. Cozy up on the plush couch in the living room and stream your favorite movie on the smart TV, or gather at the coffee table in the second living area for some board game action. The primary bedroom enjoys a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity and a soaking tub, and a walk-in closet. One of the guest bedrooms is Cardinals-themed, and if you are a fan, you will love staying there! This home also features a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer and an outdoor shower in the backyard for added convenience. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
