Le paradis à Opal Place! Cette luxueuse maison de rêve de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains dans une communauté haut de gamme dans la région de Chandler & Gilbert a été mise à jour avec toute la nouvelle peinture, le nouveau tapis, les nouveaux volets et tout le nouveau rock et l'aménagement paysager. S'étendant sur plus de 2600 pieds carrés, cette magnifique résidence ornée de hauts plafonds et de fenêtres murales est un havre de paix pour contempler la piscine extérieure chauffée / baignoire oasis avec un grand patio et un espace barbecue. L'entrée s'ouvre sur une grande salle spacieuse conçue pour recevoir accompagnée d'une salle à manger pittoresque qui s'ouvre sur une grande cuisine. Une autre salle familiale avec foyer a des portes vitrées donnant sur la cour arrière. La divine suite parentale dispose de grandes fenêtres et d'un lit king-size avec une entrée séparée dans la piscine de l'arrière-cour. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une salle de bains opulente avec une baignoire, une douche en verre séparée et deux lavabos. Il y a trois autres chambres pouvant accueillir 8 personnes supplémentaires avec deux lits queen, une pleine et un ensemble de lits superposés. Il y a un autre lit complet qui peut être apporté depuis le garage pour 2 voitures pour dormir 2 personnes supplémentaires.

Came down to be with my daughter who goes to ASU and my son was on spring break. The place was spotless and the outside pool area was amazing. Will definitely be coming back!

Spring Break

We travelled from Idaho to thaw out from the long winter. We loved all the available beds and the backyard was the best we have ever rented. The pool was comfortable all the time. We had trouble with the hot tub but a pool guy came the very next morning and it worked great. We hope to stay again!

Great trip to Chandler

This is the second time that we stayed at the property. It was just as good as the first time. From the pool, to the big couches and comfy bedrooms, this place is great.

Great family getaway

I'll start by saying my father in law likes to find fault in most things/ places he goes. He went an entire week unable to find anything he disliked about the house or area we were in.For the kids there was Veterans Oasis Park and the nature center two minutes away, a playground two blocks away, the heated pool at the house (with adult supervision), and many other activities all within driving distance (bowling, mini-golf, Phoenix Zoo).We also enjoyed visiting the Gilbert Heritage district, San Tan Regional Park, Creek Side Taco Shack, and spending a day in the Phoenix area.And then at the end of the day the house was great for relaxing. We could have dinner together around the table, play cards, or the house was spacious enough to go stretch out and decompress alone if you need it.

Great kid friendly home for a family vacation

We loved this house! The pool was fabulous and the communication with the host was great. They had a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and everything less we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

We really enjoyed this property. House was immaculate. Owner was friendly and responsive. The house was very well stocked. We spent lots of time in the hot tub and pool. Definitely would come back here.

Great Vacation Getaway

This property is everything it was advertised to be. The house is beautiful and well maintained. More than enough room for our family of 6 adults. The pool was clean and the hot tub was nice and warm for the cool evenings. Communication with Mickey (owner) and Julie (property manager) was excellent. We hope to rent here in the future.

This house is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone to have space to relax. The kitchen is big and allows space to prepare meals with family with room to spare. The pool and hot tub are great. Whole family loved it. Would stay again next time in Arizona

Wonderful family getaway

We stayed here with 6 adults and 2 small kids (2 & 5yr), and it was great for everyone. Many positives: Spacious interior with 2 living rooms. Good bedrooms and extra mattresses. Patio with screen/gate was very important with young kids. Heated pool with plenty of sun exposure. Nice playground, walking paths, and kids entertainment at nearby nature center. Would definitely recommend to extended families/multiple families with kids.

Awesome property!

Mickey was an awesome host for this property - everything as advertised - easy check in process - Mickey even got us in early on check in day! Lots of towels; pool was nicely heated; providing some of the basic startup items like toilet paper was a first for us! We will be back, and we would recommend this property to anyone with a larger group - easily accommodated the 8 of us! Thanks Mickey!

Big sky rental

It’s was a comfortable stay. The condo is a bit dated and it seems as it is still needs a bit of paint over the patched walls. Lots of parking and easy access into the condo. Evening hours is very quiet. Very easy to get to the resort and the ski slopes. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Family Retreat!

We spent spring break with our adult children and 3 grandchildren (ages 8, 10, and 13) at this beautiful, spacious home! We loved that we had the space to 'retreat' on our side of the house while the rest of the family had their 'wing'. The pool and spa were awesome, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, it was cool to have two comfortable sitting areas to relax, and the location was great. Mickey was a super responsive host and helpful when we had questions before and during our stay. We hated to leave and hope to come back!! Thank you so much!

Fabulous pool, property, accommodations, and location!

The property was everything we hoped it would be, and more! Mickey was very responsive to any little questions we had. The grandkids enjoyed the pool every day, as did the rest of us. The accommodations were lovely. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was large and well stocked. The two living rooms worked out very well for the different age groups. Everything was just as promised. Highly recommend this property!

2 Family Getaway

The house is large with great entertainment areas. We had 12 people (2 sets of parents and grown children) and between the bedrooms and the extra mattresses they provide everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The backyard is beautiful and we especially enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Thanks!

Family Getaway

We stayed at the house for one week with four adults and three kids. The house was perfect. Amazing pool and spa, plenty of room in the house, and all of the amenities and housewares you could ever need! A great little playground is right around the corner from the house. Mickey was a very responsive host who checked in and responded quickly to all of our questions. We will definitely be back!

Quiet neighborhood, great location and value

This was a great VBRO. Pool was very nice, all the beds and bedding were comfortable. All the paper products and soaps were included. The house is well laid out and there are two nice sized living rooms. Plenty of dishes and towels available. Property owner was easy to reach and checked in. Very pleased with our stay and had a nice experience seeing chandler and enjoyed 3 of the local golf courses. Would highly recomend.

Beautiful house

This was a beautiful house and an awesome pool. The pictures made the house look big but it was much bigger in person. The area is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. There were 5 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing and have their own rooms. The house had all the basics for the kitchen and bathroom so we didn't need to worry about buying any of that. Overall this place was fantastic when we come back to Phoenix hopefully Mickey's house is available because we would live to stay here again.

Beautiful, clean home

The beds and the bedding are FABULOUS!. The home is well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. You are allowed to control pool and spa heat. Two items worth noting: It is not easy to get into spa ... no hand rail and a deep step down and the pool doesn't really have a shallow area for young children (but a nice pool for adults for sure). Listing says sleeps 12 but provides mattresses and bedding for MORE than that.

A grand house that provides a comfortable family vacation

We were fortunate to find this house on VRBO. We vacation each Feb in South-West Phoenix and our previous rental place was being sold by its owners leaving us to find another place. Our family of four loved the house. It has a sense of grandeur and comfort that are not captured by the photos. The house has 4 bedrooms. The master has a king and a large TV and on the other side of the house from the other three bedrooms. The kitchen is large and includes a dining area with seating for 8-10. There is a family room with a TV and fireplace and very comfortable sectional off the kitchen. The living room is tastefully furnished and includes a new LG 70" TV with a satellite and a PVR. The pool and hot tub are outstanding. The pool is very large, about 50% larger than the average Phx pool size and is 4" deep or more in most places which is great for teens to play and frolic in. Mickey was a gracious host, ensuring we had everything we needed. One of the best features of the house is that it is a two-min walk to the Veterans Oasis Park across the street. The park has three bodies of water, one containing fish that you are able to fish for (providing you have a license), and over 4 miles of paths to walk on. We went over almost every day to walk and enjoy the plentiful wildlife and nature. As for local dining, there is an average family sports grill and Chinese restaurant on Gilbert and E. Chandler Heights (about a 5 min drive) along with a Basha's. We tried both and I cannot recommend either. There is also a Fry's and Albertson's about 8-10 min drive from the house. If we return to Phoenix, we plan to return to this house as it has everything you need to have a great vacation. I will also recommend this place to my friends and family.

Overall...just an ok stay

The layout of the house was great for our multi-generational family stay. The house is near a dairy farm that smells pretty bad most of the time which limited our time outside. As for the inside of the house, it could definitely use some TLC. Lots of dings, dents and wear and tear. The master shower had mold, the fireplace mantel looked as if it had been ripped off and the kitchen was very unorganized. The main living room was furnished nicely and the carpet was new and clean.

Great Location, Great House, Great Pool, Great Host!

Comfortable beds! Plenty of space for our group of 8 (3 kids plus 2 parents, along with 3 grandparents). Good room to be able to spread out or to be all together! Pool worked great and was able to be properly heated for our stay in January. Our kids even swam in the rain at only 50 degree weather, since it was heated well! Great location and easy access to all of the events we were attending ranging from Casa Grande racetrack, to Scottsdale for Barrett Jackson, dining in downtown Gilbert and the mall/new Scheels at Chandler! Great responsiveness from Mickey- although he covered it all before we even had to ask any questions. 😉

We just recently completed all of our updates over the last year. We have repainted the entire home and cabinets, added gorgeous wood shutters to the windows, new carpet throughout and also updated all of the Landacaping including all new rock throughout the yard. The house is absolutely beautiful.
